I found a bed I wanted to purchase on the website - easy to use. The bed is incredible. It looks so much more expensive than what we paid. It is so nice, very well made and really easy to put together. I will be using them again to purchase a new bed for our daughter. I highly recommend.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order the beginning of June for a Father’s Day gift - it’s still not been delivered. I was advised to track my delivery via Shop - they say they are still awaiting details. I have contacted the company directly - twice now - and not received a response (they have had a lot longer than the response times they advise they adhere to). This is clearly a scam. They have taken my money, not delivered the product and now won’t even respond. I obviously aren’t getting a refund from this company so now having to try and claim it back from my card provider, however, it’s fairly easy to prove I’ve been scammed. This has to be a negative review due to my experience - if they had bothered to reply to me with an explanation as to what’s happened this may have been different but they haven’t so it’s only fair to warn others who may consider ordering from them.

Feel Unique always offer good value for money on products that can be difficult to find. Their delivery is always incredibly quick. I have never experienced any issues with any of my orders or products. Would highly recommend.

Ordered my new number plates online and was told they would be ready in an hour however, when I arrived in store I was told they couldn't make them without my DVLA paperwork. It should state this when you order online but it doesn't. However, the staff in store were really friendly and helpful and I didn't have to wait long. The girl (sorry don't know her name) who fit my new plates was great, really friendly, polite and courteous and did an excellent job.
