Ordering the item was easy. The delivery was late and when it did come it was left out of the front of my house, open to everyone and anyone could have taken it. Also left out in the pouring rain! So not great service!

Good quality products at reasonable prices. Efficient delivery service and ability to be able to return unwanted items to store. I have bought some great stuff from Regatta.

The new green work polos i bought were easily a full 4 -6 inches narrower through the body than the same work polos I bought last year. The lack of consistency in the sizes in the same item of clothing is very very frustrating.
The customer complaints service is an ai bot automated response. Sigh.
Even the delivery was slow.
Much improvement needed from a brand I usually trust and was happy with up to this point

Issue was with returns process , communication & customer service .I returned items got no email to be told items had been received back . I emailed many time asking had they got them when eventually got a reply it said they had got it nearly two weeks ago … I asked when would I get my refund as waited long enough.
Told them it was being processed, 3 days later got an email that said it would be another 5 days .
Then I got an email say 1/3 of order had been returned and refund would be of these items.
Again had to contact customer support and instant support was AI .
They said my refund was being processed…. I had to repeatedly make contact and push to get all of my refund that they had only sent me 1/3 of my refund and send email saying had refunding only 1/3 of items yet items all in one package.
If I had not of been monitoring this return Regatta would have done me out of 1000e .
No trust or respect for them brand .
Only last customer support person admitted they had made an error all the rest made excuses and fobbed me off … this fobbing of is what annoyed me and wasted my time and caused so much frustration.
God help any one that has to deal with the customer services have never dealt with a worse customer service all they did was tell me the names of the many operators I spoke with and told me there hobbies and interests….. I didn’t need this information.
Customer service would take 48hrs to reply to an email and then beat about the bush . They said my AI customer service chat cut off and then kept putting on to a different operator….. circus comes to mind.
Worst thing is they didn’t care when had done a customer out of a large some of money and taught it was nothing.
No other company takes so long to process a return and then think it’s fine not to give money back for over 3 weeks .

Replies to reviews appear to be quicker by Regattas so called customer support.
Money leaves bank account on day order is made but have to fight to get refund back .
I returned the full order as none of the coats were as heavy or good quality as previously got from Regatta.
I bought what I needed from Trespass , quality, delivery and returns process all far superior .
I did make a big purchase from Tresspass after returning to Regatta . Trespass had order sent out after Regatta return items that didn’t fit returned and there refund all completed with zero issues and only placed order two week after Regatta order sent back …
Trespass had super communication contacted me at every step and I asked one question and got the real answer within an hour not the two days for a reply that’s useless game of Regatta .

It's now two months since this company promised me a refund for postage regarding an item that was not as described. After sending several emails asking why they hadn't sent a refund like they had said they would 5 weeks ago, they finally decided to reply back to me saying I would get the refund for postage that I had to pay for myself for a returned item after they lied about the description, in "3 working days".... now 2 weeks later, still absolutely nothing. This is the 3rd time they have said they would send the refund. I can't understand why they would treat a customer like this, the whole experience has been very upsetting and they've shown what a shoddy company they really are.
