No confirmation of order
I purchased a number of items at the weekend and didn’t type in the correct details so I had no confirmation to say the order had been placed or anyway of tracking, I got in contact with passenger support and a lady called Molly got in contact with me and sorted everything out, then sent me the confirmation email and tracking info, honestly the quickest and most efficient customer service I’ve ever had. I’m now looking forward to the items being delivered.

Outstanding backpack with clever design features
I got the Odyssey duffel backpack in the brilliant sunrise orange color. It is a fantastic piece of gear with plenty of pockets that make packing so organized. The side compression straps are super useful when the bag is not packed to capacity to keep everything tight. The shoulder straps feel very comfortable, though the chest strap can unclip if pulled too hard, which I want to avoid since the integrated whistle is such a cool touch. The bright shade looks amazing as well. Delivery was fast and flawless. Happy traveling!

Great clothes, slow shipping and annoying return process
Really nice clothes but a terrible return process. While I agree on paying a return fee, printing a label (in NL) and an RMA slip, is a lot of effort. I would buy there more often, once this is solved. Also, shipping from their Germany warehouse is quite slow compared to other brands that have warehouses in Europe.

I recently placed an order and soon…
I recently placed an order and soon realised after making a payment that my old email address which is now invalid was used. I emailed passenger straight away about this and screenshot the order and asked them to amend the email attached to this order to my current one. I've not had any response, I have now tried contacting them multiple times and had no response. I now need to return the item and I won't receive any tracking information should I need to chase the return. Have tried calling and using the chat on their website but keep getting directed back to their email that I don't get a response from. Poor customer service on this occasion.

The sizes is off. And return is impossible
The sizes are off. I’m normally a M size. But to make sure it would fit I orders a size L. But the item was more like a S.
And when I wanted to return the item. No form is added in the package. And when I went to the post office who delivered the package they said I had to pay 50 Euro to have it shipped back.
So no even tho it says 60 days return policy. Don’t be fooled.

Odyssey duffel backpack - comfy, well designed and great colour
Ordered the Odyssey duffel backpack in beautiful sunrise orange. A great bit of kit, the many compartments make packing a breeze and being able to cinch down the side straps when the bag is partially filled is a great feature to help keep everything secure. The straps are super comfy, although I have found the sternum strap comes off when fully tightened. And I don't want to lose that, it has a whistle built into it (secret feature! 🤣). Love the colour too, it's certainly not getting lost any time soon. Delivery service was spot on. Happy travels!
