I did not know I would be charged £29.99 after using the service (intended as one off) and paying £0.50, though they charged me twice for this... Very sneaky that they don't advise that you will be... See more

I have emailed twice, regarding my partner, I have had no reply, a payment of £29 is coming out of his account each month. He doesn't have a reference number because he wasn't even aware he had an account?? This needs sorting as soon as possible please and a refund issued. How can we sort this with no contact number for yourselves and no reference number??

I used 2 look ups 50p each then I am subsequently charged £29.99 I was not made fully aware what I was signing up for. I emailed them on 11/08/2026 to cancel any membership. I received an automated response saying they would get back to me in 48 to 72 hours. They did not do that. I sent a chaser email on the 15/08/2026 no response to that. Finally on 1/9/2026 I emailed yet again also no response to that either. I don't know how other people see this but to me it is just sharp practice. I have had membership with other organisations and have been kept fully informed at all times and I was easily able to cancel. I had to make a trip into my bank to cancel any future payments

Reverse Look Up is perverse.
Unpaid £1.00 for a trial period and immediately charged, twice, for £9.99 without my consent.
I have tried several times asking the company to refund my monies without any ounce of concern.
I am very disappointed with their incredulous business practice.
Stay away from this company.

Paid to look up a photo for £1, they are now charging my pay pal account a further £29.99, don’t use this site as they seem a pure conning scam to get £30.99 from you

Didn’t know when I paid the initial £1 that I was signing up to a £30 subscription, luckily very good customer service I emailed straight away and my problem was fixed within 5 minutes and a few very simple emails. The pending transaction was cancelled and currently no money out of my account apart from the initial £1 I knew about.

I paid for a £1 one off look up and then quite by chance realised that my paypal account has been billed twice for £29.99 which I had no idea about and did not authorise. Currently trying to get it back via paypal but will use bank charge back if I have to. Very upset. AVOID!

Very poor service with no results.
They will charge you a monthly fee even if you use this service once for a small fee
Be very careful with this service

I have replied to Reverselookup following their response to my review about the 2 payments of £29.99 from my account that I did not knowingly subscribe to or consent to. However, I have heard nothing directly from them and still no refund as promised in my account. At present I would tell others to not use this company for anything.

I’ve had a similar experience to other reviewers.
I authorised a £1 transaction but incurred a further charge today of £29.99.
I didn’t expect this or have any clarity this was going to happen.
Thankfully my Bank picked up and blocked the second transaction. They have now issued a replacement Bank card that was used and told me to notify the company and ask my details be deleted from their system, which I have just done.

This company stole money from my account and I have no idea who they are.

I used reverse look up once and did not subscribe a accepted payment for one time use but got charged 3 times. Now I asked for a refund and they are ignoring my emails. I shouldnt have to pay $30.99 for a one time use. I specifically made sure i wasn't subscribing to anything only to be surprised by a subscription charge in my account. And the search results were wrong so I basically paid for nothing.

0 I used them once but for some reason they want to keep taking money out of my account it was a one-off so I don't know why they're doing a repeat for $29.99 if anyone knows how to get Oldham can they please let me know that's why they got one star
