They still haven't sent one item from order
Ordered 9.07 ( today is 18.07)two different types of food for cats, came only 1 pack with letter inside that another part of order will be sent later. They don't inform during making order that something will be delayed.
Yesterday boyfriend called them and asked about order. They said they don't have this cats food at storage.
And my question is: why do you sell products online if you don't have it at storage?
I ordered food for cats before everyone goes on holiday ( also me ) and if they finally send it who will pick it up ?
