So reliable and fast! I got exactly what I ordered in 24 hours. Boxes were left at my front door. They arrived in excellent condition unlike some places where the boxes look like they were thrown off a truck. The track and trace is excellent and the end it with a photo so you know it was delivered. Excellent service!
I placed an order and when I received my package there was an item missing.
I have to say that I made quite a sharp complaint as I had previously read here a review from another disappointed client with regards to the same issue.
In fairness I say, they handled my complaint very professionally & effectively. I received immediately an email advising me that the missing item would be sent the following day.
I received it at 8 o'clock this morning.
