Jeg blev hjemme hele dagen for at modtage en vigtig pakke. Kl. 9:16 modtog jeg en besked om, at pakken ikke kunne leveres. Både min kone og jeg var hjemme hele tiden, og da vi bor i en lejlighed, er vi helt sikre på, at ingen har forsøgt at ringe på døren.

Det er utrolig frustrerende at tage en hel dag ud af kalenderen, kun for at opleve, at leveringen tilsyneladende bliver markeret som mislykket uden nogen reel indsats. Det føles som en uærlig praksis og er fuldstændig uacceptabelt.

I er meget velkomne til at dele et billede, så vil jeg overveje at opdatere min anmeldelse.
Dog tvivler jeg på, at det er min dør, og hvis det er, er jeg ikke sikker på, at jeres leverandør ikke kan bruge en standard dørtelefon. Det fortjener et meget højere review.

They overhype their writer's expertise so if you need any technical expertise in your paper I won't recommend this sit but if you just need a paper written based on what is easily googlable this is the website for you. They also have good customer service and a fair refund policy.

My custom Shark pc case came with a LED installed on purchase but after 7 years it smelted and dripped down on my GTX 1070 (bought at SG around 2 years ago).
I personally don't believe component breakdowns should damage other components so I contacted support. since I have purchased all my components from SG, I expected to receive support as an owner of an SG PC system like I did when I originally chose them as my sole provider.
No luck, my 2-year warranty was over that was that. No longer do they provide systems they just provided components like the big players in the field.

Ironically my first ever Trustpilot review was a 5 star of shark gaming, but growing companies often have to leave their original customer base behind as they evolve, I guess SG is just another component provider now. Hope to find a new startup providing pc systems not just components.

TL:DR This product and customer support was so bad i made a trustpilot account to warn you.

I must admit i think the shoe they make are beautiful, and it's the first add i ever clicked on, on facebook. i bought 2 pairs of shoes and got the shipped to EU, they are american based.
Immediately when i saw the shoe I noticed that they were of a really poor quality, even compare to cheap sneakers.
It don't really bother me do to the great looking design, so i tried to put them on and notice that i couldn’t, the shoes sizes were totally different from what they had advitizes.
So i wrote to customer support just expecting a new pair in the right size, but there was no help to get, they recommended that i gave the shoes away and they would refund me 5-10$, when i didn’t accept this ludacris suggestion they just stop answering my mail.
