The app spends considerably longer thinking than it's competitors and half the time just glitches out. I can't think of many purchases i have regretted more than this. I rarely write reviews but I would highly recommend avoiding this app

Impossible to permanently cancel a subscription

I have repeatedly tried to cancel my SCRL Premium Monthly subscription through Paddle.

Instead of cancelling it, the subscription has been paused until October.

I have explicitly told Paddle several times that I do NOT want a pause and that I want the subscription permanently cancelled.

Customer support keeps sending me the same cancellation link, even though I have repeatedly explained that this link does not cancel the subscription in my case.

I have also clearly requested written confirmation by email that the subscription has been permanently cancelled and that no further charges will be made.

So far, I have not received that confirmation. Instead, I am stuck in what feels like an automated support loop.

My advice to other customers: be very cautious before taking out a subscription that is processed through Paddle. Make sure you understand exactly how cancellation works and keep screenshots and copies of all correspondence. In my experience, cancelling a subscription permanently has been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.

Until this issue is resolved and my subscription is permanently cancelled, I cannot recommend Paddle as a payment provider for subscriptions.

Paddle, if you read this: please have a human support agent contact me, permanently cancel the subscription and confirm the cancellation by email.

Great app from what i could gather.. i paid for 2 mac but was only able to use it on one but thats not to say anything was wrong as it did a superb job but i already had a purchase thru a program sponsored

I made a mistake and Paddle was a great help in finding the purchase and quickly refunding it.

they are very transparent with their product and it is very easy to interact with support and they are very understanding. Also the product is amazing for anyone trading.

I had an annual software subscription hit my Amex that I wasn’t aware of, it was legit, but I stopped using that software months ago, and didn’t expect the renewal charge. So Paddle.com helped me find the charge and cancel it, then via chat issued a refund. Paddle.com Rocks!
