Great Design and Aesthetics
We recently renovated our garden and bought two lights from Neona for the outdoor space. They look absolutely stunning! The design is very unique compared to most options on the market, and we are extremely happy with how beautiful they look now that they're installed.
The only issue we encountered was with the included waterproof connectors. They were a bit too small for the underground cables we had already pulled, so I had to purchase two separate, larger connectors to complete the installation. It was a minor inconvenience and an extra cost, but overall, everything else about the product is top-notch. Highly recommended!

Info on website was rather limited and lots of info was in French (for instance the faq's on the Dutch website) and mix of Germany/English. Maybe its a young company and this will improve, but it did not give me a very comfortable feeling. Have not received the products themselves yet.

I wouldn’t recommend this store. The negative reviews match my experience.
I ordered a hanging pendant lamp that arrived defective. Within the return period, I requested a return and refund. The company repeatedly pushed a replacement instead of processing the refund I asked for. I eventually located the returns address on their website and returned the item myself.
The return parcel shows as delivered (DHL) over five weeks ago, and I still haven’t received my refund. The company claimed it wasn’t delivered, but the courier investigation and tracking confirm delivery. Since then, they have stopped responding.
At this point they have the defective item and my money, with no resolution. I can’t recommend this shop.
Update: They flagged my review so I submitted proof and I can post again. To update regarding the situation, I finally recieved my refund, months later. Not worth the hassle at all, go somewhere else.
