Not available any Seven eleven stores or Nervesen stores. I managed to find my SIM from one Iranian shop Global foods Bergan. E SIM not worked waiting for a refund.

You were to give me the 60GB bundle for 99kor but that option was not available at the time of renewal.
The network is reliable, fast, and has so far been consistent in the different parts of Europe I have visited.
It would be very helpful if I could receive data usage notifications. Especially when more than 60% of my data bundle is depleted and at 90%.
Had to do it in 5 tries. Even though the transaction haven’t started it considered it as one and wants to wait for 30 mins for next one.

I bought a SIM card in Norway mainly for unlimited data and for calls to norwegian phone numbers and the experience was frustrating from start to finish.
To activate the SIM, you have to provide personal ID and upload/scan documents — but you need internet access to do this, which is exactly what you don't have yet since the SIM isn't activated. I had to find alternative Wi-Fi just to complete a process that should take minutes. It turned into a long, unnecessarily complicated ordeal.
I paid for the top-tier plan, which advertises unlimited calls and data within Norway. Data worked fine, but I could not connect a single call to any Norwegian number — not once. The "unlimited calls" feature simply did not work.
I contacted support and got a generic auto-reply saying they'd "get back to me." Two weeks passed with zero follow-up. I had to write again just to ask why no one had responded in 14 days!
Paying full price for a plan and not getting a core advertised feature, combined with support that takes weeks (or forever) to respond, is unacceptable.

The service works in the end, but the whole setup and registration process was unnecessarily complicated and confusing. Without ChatGPT guiding me through it step by step, I genuinely don't think I would have managed to activate everything correctly.
I received multiple messages and instructions through different channels — emails, SMS, different web pages — at different times, and even in different languages, switching between English and Norwegian. Nothing felt like one clear, coherent activation process.
The eSIM installation was particularly confusing. I received a QR code on the same phone where I needed to install the eSIM, which is obviously not very practical if you are expected to scan it. I eventually managed to install it, but the instructions and alternative methods were far from clear.
Then, after installing the eSIM, I discovered that I still had to register the SIM separately. Even that process was unnecessarily complicated. For example, the address form requires you to know your postcode first and search for it, rather than simply entering your address and letting the system identify the postcode automatically.
Finding the SIM number/ICCID required for registration was another thing I had to figure out myself through my phone settings.
Even after successfully registering, the website remains confusing. When trying to log in, the interface seemed to suggest using an email address, but what I actually needed was my Lyca phone number — another number I had to find myself.
I also wanted to download the Lyca Mobile Norway app, but Google Play tells me that the Norwegian app is not available in my country, despite the fact that I am currently in Norway and using a Norwegian Lyca SIM.
Overall, it took me around an hour and a half just to buy, install, register and properly configure a SIM card. There were countless small problems, unclear instructions and unnecessary steps along the way.
Two stars only because, after all of that, the SIM finally works. Otherwise, the activation and user experience would be closer to one star.

eSim didn’t work and customer service was horrible. Did not email me back to fix the problem.

I couldn't get my e-sim to work because the web site didn't reconize my adress even if I put one in Norway so I can still not use it

I'm using Lyca No since 2023, great plans compared with competition great value for money ,but the rest is pretty bad , signal strength no coverage lack of MMS suport , not able to have dual sim activated at same time with another, so many things that makes it difficult, I'm using Samsung s26Ultra so is not a hardware issue just they can have better deals with the norvegian providers like Tellia or Telenor for better services because everything goes through this providers infrastructure. Costumer services never answers so don't bother.
