Good product
Although it did take a little while for the bags to arrive, they arrived safely and are well packaged in resealable bags. They have generally a nice flavour and the biggest change I've noticed is a reduction in sugar and caffeine cravings.

Ordered the product and it arrived promptly. I have just weighed myself and after a week of having one cup a day I have lost 2kg. Tastes fresh and not overpowering and is nice to have hot or cold.

This company service is terrible, I made a mistake with ordering and wanted to cancel straight away. Sent a request not even 5 minutes after ordering.

Highly despicable company that’s adds…
Highly despicable company that’s adds and charges to your order without permission. When you try to cancel within minutes they say order is despatched.
Lots of automated emails but zero help offered.
I cannot afford the extra amounts taken from my account. Not sure how these company’s are able to get away with these practices. When ordering they say 1 day delivery, now they are saying 7-10 days. Best order from Amazon at least you have redress with them.
I have 20 odd emails with no resolution. Apparently you can add upsales without permission and expect me to pay. I can return but with no advise on how or cost to myself.

nice surprise
Order took a bit longer than I expected. But I started about 2 -3 weeks ago and constipation is gone, bloating is gone. I ordered double set by mistake, so have gifted one -one pack to my two friends with weight loss problems.
I was extremely skeptical, but this is a very nice surprise so far....on the way to loose 18-20 lbs, so far 4lbs gone...still way to go
