Whilst the Bloatburn is not necessarily for me, I had the best service from Customer Service - very prompt, polite and helpful. For that alone I completely recommend this company.

Excellent customer support. I was unable to take the product and had accidentally subscribed. Its so refreshing being supported, rather than fobbed off. Thank you very much.

I ordered a one time purchase, and made sure it was, and then discovered they took the money out of my account for a subscription, that I hadn’t agreed to.
I asked if I could return the product and get my money back. This was agreed and they initially appeared helpful. I sent it back to the address they had given and had confirmation from Inpost that it arrived with them 5 days ago. I have now asked 3 times when I will get my money back but just get radio silence or a generic email.
So I am also more out of pocket because I had to pay return postage.
Avoid this company if you want to keep your money!

I have just started taking my capsules. No changes in weight as yet however my appetite has decreased. Delivery prompt and great customer service support

Very helpful and good advice

I have been using Bloat burn for 4-5 months.I am very satisfied with it. My bloating disappeared and I have lost few kilos as well. I am feeling better. Highly recommended product.

Good fast delivery product didn't really make a lot of difference to me but it might with others. Customer service team were very helpful.

I tried the tablets and although I didnt have adverse reactions unlike with some supplements, I did not have reduced bloating or craving. I emailed as i gad the bogof offer and was reassured I was covered by the 90 day guarantee. I continued to use the next bottle and have asked for a refund. I now keep getting the same canned response every time I reply stating I can request a refund when I have 3 times now. Please honour your terms.

I received it as a gift the Neuaura Ache Free product, I was a little sceptical in the beginning, as I had this ongoing knee issue, but for my surprise after 3 weeks taking it, I felt much easier to walk and bend my knee. Sleeping was easier too. I definitely will order more for the next couple of months, thank you

I have been using BloatBurn for several months it’s an amazing product also Ache-Free has really helped my mobility this company is simply the best.
Customer service is brilliant and delivery is quick.

I ordered one box and I keep getting emails that more has been ordered using my credit card. Last week the same thing happened and I cancelled the order within time and no reply from customer service to confirm refund. Sent 2 follow up emails. Pls refund me asap.

Neuaura has really helped me with by bloated tummy feeling after a meal - I usually eat my biggest meal in the evenings and only after half of it my tummy felt so full and uncomfortable that resting after and even sleeping was getting more and more difficult. With Neuaura, my tummy feels so much better and I can comfortably eat my meal and feel great! My tummy looks a lot less bloated, too!

I have the same problem as others. SCAM! Placed a one off order. Now they are sending me another order despite having clarified yesterday that I do not have a subscription! They said they cancelled all only to have sent an order confirmation this morning and pending money leaving my account. They claim you can manage subscriptions on account, but there is no active subscription! The order confirmation says my email address but also says this account does not have permission to manage this order! I will report all.

I’m absolutely livid … all my friends received the bloat burn capsules AND free gifts .. I was was also expecting two free gifts !! No free gifts arrived with my order !! I have contacted the company at least half a dozen times !! Not even so much as an apology or indeed a reply !! Disgraceful … I will not be ordering again from this company

This works really well for me and my menopause bloating

I think the company are good. It wasn’t hard to cancel subscription. The reason I have cancelled is mainly the price £37 a month. Also I’ve been on these 18mth. I am not in menopause but I was bloated tired and did have a bit of sleep trouble so I thought maybe Peri. I initially bought single transactions of £54 but then joined subscription. After weighing up the benefits I think I’m going to try kind patches which are plant based to see results as they are cheaper. I still have a month of these left so I will take them. However I was hoping to lose weight on these and I never did I’ve maintained the exact weight: I’m not sure they’ve made me feel amazing like the ads suggest-and for that price ( and tbh that’s over £600-£800 - if you do 18x£38 and I’ve only had them at the lower cost for 6 months !!! As I bought them £54 before that) so I just couldn’t go on any longer. I eat healthy plant based-I drink mint tea alot - which eases bloating but don’t qualify for any diet pills etc I just wanted to be 10lb ish lighter as I’m in my 40’s- so I will say give it a go but after a year abd half try other things too, an open mind. Needed.

A grear company to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and customer support is great. My stomach feels much more comfortable with the Bloatburn

So am giving 3 stars as havent received my order as 2nd day attempt failed with Evri🙈!!!so emailed The company and Juliet emailed me straight back apparantly lost the parcel 😪but now a new order has been generated to be posted out again in the next few days🤞will get this time.
