I had a couple of grievances with the order. Unfortunately
In my original order I’d not ordered the presentation box to accompany the book and wanted it sent to me separately , However they were unable to accommodate this which I was very upset about.They said they’d look at this for the future . it was eventually resolved .. they apologised and gave me a 20% refund or the choice of another book which I guess was better than nothing
