absolute terrible company, made heaps of deposits before and all of a sudden got rejected by their payment processor after checking with my bank, no help at all from them just to use a direct bank transfer, absolute joke of a set up.

I mainly use Luxon Pay for buy-ins at live poker events and for payments to online poker sites. It has worked well for me and makes the whole process much easier. I also appreciate that Luxon Pay staff are available at some live events. Whenever I’ve needed help, they’ve always been friendly and helpful. Overall, I’m very happy with the service.

Nice and easy to deposit into merchant account and move funds back to the wallet.
Great and secure platform with free deposits via IBAN, Luxon helps to keep the bankroll separated and easily accessible, even via debit card liked to the wallet.

Absolute nightmare of a company. Tried to transfer funds and delayed via ‘Click’ their in between handler. Also been trying to get my funds credited back to my account for 2 days with loads of issues and still not resolved.

Good advice at the Luxon desks and from your managers

Works well.
Two negatives:
1. should be interest rate for holding money in account however.
2. Deposit fees are high with e.g. crypto - around 1.5% for normal account and 0.5% for Noir account

Luxon's support is on point, fees are good and what sets it apart from other ewallets is the personal IBAN within the wallet.

Very happy that Luxon is finally available in the US. Love being able to register with wsop using my credit card and without paying fees.

Worst online banking ever, omg never using this again..2 times it had problems where i could not deposit and i havent used luxon that much. But reason im writing this review is that now my 79.79$ deposit goes through and taken from bank account but does not appear on my luxon account..online chat tells me to wait 2 hours so i check next day and luxon status on it is " failed " so no money there and no money transfered back to my bank account...i try to deposit $41 next day and same thing happens and again live chat cant do anything and just wait for it to fail and no money back....I understand banks might take few more days so i will update this review if i get my money.

12/06/2026 update: Still have not gotten my money, spoke to my bank and they confirm thats nothing went wrong on theyr side and that makes sense since they just approve the transactions but Luxon are the once taking the money to the luxon account...So i am still waiting for the money to bounce back to same payment method as luxon promised but i am getting really worried and this response from them does not mention anything about my stuck money and just other deposit options like i want to deposit again after they take my money but have not given it back since 6.Jun...outrage.

I sent you 3 reference numbers connected to the payments that are stuck in your banking/payment institution...for $80.80, $41.41, $79.79 on 8.jun, 7.jun, 6.jun

update: 17/06/26 got $41 and $79...even for these terrible mistakes i dont even get .41 and .79 even though the deposit is free now but was not before this happened...Whats most sad about this is that i feel they dont care about the customer making them wait for theyr mistake for almost 2 weeks to get the money back...if they really care they should have found a way to take the money from theyr own pockets, pay the people right away and deal with this error/mistake that happened in this deposit process them self. Cant wait to close my account when i get the rest back

21/06/26: Still nothing, they hoped this week but didnt happen

24/06/26: Last payment still not in, luxon support told me last week that they hope it would come than but didnt, now its 3 days later and every day they say they will put priority on this and still nothing. I feel this company is just giving me the middle finger and does not care at all

Recently downloaded the app via a recommendation of a friend. Really pleased as not having to pay any fees with deposit or withdraw. Customer Service team we're also great support when had initial questions.

Easy-to-use app and quick payments. When I had a question about my account, the customer service was absolutely fantastic. Can't recommend them enough.

I wouldn't give a single star! Two accounts, mine and my husband's, were blocked. The employees are incompetent; they can't do anything without instructions, and when you ask them to look into the situation, they simply block you, WITHOUT EXPLANATION! Moreover, the same consultants work at Luxon and their partner, and they are completely incompetent. Thank goodness I didn't keep any money there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!

They also implemented iban for EU customers, removed bank withdrawal fees which majority of reviewers had issue here. Oh yeah and their black mastercard doesnt have card number on it, so if it gets stolen/lost nobody can use it - neat trick.

They need to work more on UX, its obvious they are a young ewallet.

For now my go-to ewallet!
