Genuinely impressed with everything
Genuinely impressed with everything. Their communication was great, deliveries went smoothly, where items were missing from one of my pallets I was refunded fairly. Returns pallets are a risk, I bought 3 auction returns pallets along with a pallet of toys, the first was not the luckiest in terms of item condition but the second two were brilliant. Again it's a risk with returns but all around everything went perfectly. Thank you Jobalots.

The parcels are not the same as photos, are damaged and you can't return. Sometimes ypu have to bin the parcels.

Everytime i order, Something is missing.

Experience is pretty bad at the moment
Experience is pretty bad at the moment. Over £60 worth of my last order is missing and no response from Jobalots support.
To top that off they have spammed me with nearly 30,000 'Your order is being shipped' emails over a period of 3 days to which point I had to pay my ISP for more disk space to stop important emails being bounced.

On the whole jobalots are very good at…
On the whole jobalots are very good at what they do! They have a fairly good delivery system that is backed up by APS who deliver relatively fast and the drivers I’ve met are nice to talk to! Basically you get what you pay for in the auction, if you buy customer returns then be aware that you will have to do some sort of a repair, so if you’re not any good at repairs then be aware! I’ve bought some clothes and they are usually good quality! I’ve bought some things that I never expected to and I’ve bought some that have gone straight in the bin! But I took a chance and it didn’t pan out again I’ve bought stuff that have been great! So all in all it’s a good platform just be vigilant!
