Cannot fault this company so far. Delivery is quick, prices are great, only very minor issue is that they send items in very large oversized boxes which isnt needed, most of my deliveries have been full of paper and then the small items at the bottom of the boxes. My cardboard and paper recycling has gone through the roof!

I have never received my parcel
I have never received my parcel, I couldn't ask for a refund because I just purchased like a guest.
Also i paid £4.99 for fast delivery which never happened. I think it is a scam website very disappointing 😞

I've taken a look into this, and I can see that your order was shipped on time, and a delivery was attempted at your address within 1-2 business days, making the shipping on time for an express delivery. This initial attempt failed due to no one being at the property at the time of the delivery. They then attempted another delivery on the 13th of July, at which time you were left a contact card, and an email was sent to you by the courier.
I can see that this order is now being returned to us, as a result of the multiple failed delivery attempts. In this case, we can either have the order shipped back to you once we have received it at our facility, or if you'd prefer, we can process a full refund for the order.
Please let us know how you would like to proceed by contacting our support team at hello@bargainfox.com and quoting your order number. If you are having any issues finding your order reference, please refer to the order notification email.
