It is not convenient that my order was sent directly to a locker that only accepts BankID identification, without any option to change it to another pickup point, even with an extra charge. Not everyone has BankID, and if this is required, it should be clearly stated before placing the order.

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. First, they failed to clearly disclose that import duties and taxes would be charged separately and were not included in the price. Most reputable companies will prominently disclose at the time of purchase whether the duties are applicable and included in the cost. Not these guys, so I was surprised to receive a notice that I would need to pay eur 50 to UPS/ customs. This is even more obnoxious given that I NEVER received my order. I ordered it on May 6. It's now May 22 and i have nothing.
Second, the company required a signature for the delivery, which is fine, but there was no fallback option if I wasn't there to sign during the work week. The company failed to allow for the package to be held for pick up at ups facility, so I was shocked when I received a note stating that the package would be returned to sender instead of held at UPS for pick up. Why would the company make it this difficult to receive a package?
Third, when I emailed customer service to complain about the delivery, and requested assistance to halt the return, I was told this was my problem, not theirs, and they would not assist. I was again shocked at the unprofessional, almost belligerent "service," so I asked to escalate to someone else. No response. I followed up within 24 hours asking them to send a sender's interception request to ups, to stop the return to sender. No response. A few days later, I sent yet another email to this scam of a company complaining of their lack of response. And predictably, no response. Companies like this do not care about their customers or doing what is right, transparent and fair. Ultimately, this is poor corporate governance and they should and will fail, so keep your money safe and do not order anything from them.
I'm disgusted. I've been on multiple calls with UPS trying to divert the order to an access point with no help from the shipper. Pretty remarkable given it's their obligation to deliver. But given that I'm on the hook for the import duties no matter what apparently, I'll do what I can to receive the shipment and then I'll never ever order anything from this malicious company again.

Regarding import duties and taxes, these are charged by the customs authorities in the destination country and are not controlled by ICIW. When it comes to delivery requirements, signature options, pickup points and return-to-sender handling, these are managed by UPS once the parcel has left our warehouse. However, we fully understand that the delivery experience affects your overall impression of shopping with us.

Sizing on the website is unrelieable
The actual sizing of the hoodie was wildly different from both the size table and the size calculator on thr website. Had to return and pay for the shipping. It's okay to pay for the shipping because of environmental reasons, but then ICIW should at least make sure their sizing information is appropriate, otherwise it's not about the environment at all.

Total scam behavior
Total scam behavior. Ordered 8 days ago; they printed a label to stop me from canceling but never actually shipped the items. Support agents lied on Jan 28th, claiming the package "left the warehouse," but DHL tracking confirms they never received it. Their internal site still says "Pending" while they hold my €104 hostage. I’ve filed a formal report with Konsumentverket and started a bank dispute. Do not trust their delivery estimates—they use "ghost tracking" to trick customers.

No hems, fabric thinner than other times
The colours are beautiful, the fabric was thinner than usual but not terrible, but what bothered me is that there is no hem. Both the long sleeved top and the flared tights, were unhemmed. For 799 kr tights and 499 kr top, the hems should be there. The tights are also not cut straight and too short; and I am a short person.

Fast delivery and high quality
Fast delivery is important and a lot of companies will charge you extra for it which ultimately means people just don’t pay for that. With ICANIWILL I got my order within 2 days! Ordered it on Thursday night and got it Saturday, that’s something I value a lot!
Also the clothes has high quality and you get what you pay for, even if the brand is a bit more expensive it has the quality to back it up! Amazing experience
