Misleading Shipping Information
The website gives the impression that the goods are shipped from Switzerland, but they are actually imported from abroad. As a result, I had to pay an unexpected 26.5% in customs and import fees. This makes quite a difference and should be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Size S completely sold out - site wide
Offers very little size range and when they do offer the sizes they have they’re sold out. Purchased a colour set I would originally buy but it was the only set they had in my size. Only after shipping was I notified that they had only shipped the top because they oversold the pants. There was no option of exchange or another colour pants in my size.

Sad experience with order being randomly refunded
I have nothing bad to say about the quality of the clothes, because that is just amazing. But I have had an issue when buying a specific shirt from the store. Now two times i have ordered a shirt, while it was still showing it to be in stock. Then out of nowhere multiple days later I have recieved a refund to my bank account, no email or anything. When I have asked customer support about this issue I was first and now a second time sent a discount code and an explanation but I still am just sad that I have bought an item that is shown to be in stock and then without an email or anything I just get refunded because my order didn’t “reserve” the item quickly enough:(((( Both times I have checked later and seen that it shows the shirt is still in stock on the website.

The website experience was extremely…
The website experience was extremely frustrating. I really wanted to place an order, but the platform had several technical issues. I could not log in properly, and when browsing on my phone, an error message appeared almost every time I opened a new product page.
The mobile experience was particularly poor, making it nearly impossible to shop normally. I eventually had to switch to my laptop and open each product in a separate tab just to continue browsing. This made the whole ordering process unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.
The products may be nice, but the website functionality and user experience need serious improvement.

Very disappointing experience.
I have been a loyal ICIW customer for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
In June 2026, €79.90 was deducted from my bank account for an order that I never received. I also never received an order confirmation. I immediately contacted customer service and provided proof of payment. When that was not considered sufficient, I even paid €30 for an official investigation by my bank and submitted the results.
Unfortunately, throughout the entire process, I felt that no real effort was made to investigate my case. I was repeatedly asked for an order number or order confirmation, even though the fact that I never received one was the very issue I was trying to resolve.
Instead of helping to trace the payment, I was continuously referred back to my bank. Despite providing multiple documents and cooperating fully, the case was eventually closed without a solution.
Mistakes can happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of ownership and willingness to investigate further. As a long-standing customer, I expected much better support.

Long delivery and color mismatch
The delivery time was way longer than first indicated. The colors of the leggings also didn’t match the colors on the images. However, I am very happy with the fit and feeling of the leggings.
