Oder never arrived due to delivery service. E mailed and was asked to wait 7 days to see if it would be delivered, still never arrived. Contacted AYBL again and said they would re-send and delivery charge was refunded. Order was a birthday gift but passed the day so keeping for Christmas. Appreciate issue being sorted. Fab customer service

Absolutely love the fits and that there is something for everyone! I started wearing aybl sets when I was 5stone heavier and have continued all through my weight loss as they always compliment my figure! I have multiple styles and colours and everyone always compliments when I’m wearing them. Did have an issue where the seam on a pair of leggings came loose but after an email to the customer service team they sent out a replacement pair the same day! Highly recommend!

I have never experienced such disappointing customer service.

My AYBL parcel arrived opened, with several items apparently missing. I honestly don’t know when or where the parcel was opened. It could have happened inside my apartment building or at some other point during the delivery process. I cannot say for certain. For this, I don’t blame AYBL.

I immediately contacted AYBL customer service and provided photographic evidence of the opened packaging and its contents.

AYBL initially offered to resend the missing items. However, I explained that I had already purchased them elsewhere because I needed them quick and due to this delay it would arrive to late. So I requested a refund instead.

After that, I was asked to resend all the evidence so they could investigate the matter. I cooperated and provided everything requested.

Since then, it has been 2–3 weeks without any update. I have sent FOUR follow-up emails, yet I have not received a single response.

I understand that investigations can take time, but completely ignoring a customer who has repeatedly tried to resolve an issue is unacceptable. At least you could let me know they are still investigating the matter.

What makes this even more frustrating is that AYBL initially responded to my complaint, requested additional evidence and then simply stopped communicating.

I expected much better from a brand like AYBL.

I am still waiting for someone to take responsibility for my case, communicate with me and provide a proper resolution.

My shorts got defect, however Yuliia helped me to solve this issue quickly and I’ve been sent brand new shorts.
I am very happy with AYBL’s products.

I had an item replaced free of charge by the great help of yuliia and Paige M. They got back to me very quick about my problems and sorted it right away.

Always loved Aybl’s products for the last 6 years I’ve been a customer, the quality and fit is just what I expected and love. When I had one minor issue with a product it was quickly resolved and the item replaced, Elysia in customer service was fantastic.
