Is next day deliuvery beyond your capability?

Paid for next day delivery and you deliver 24 hours too late.
If you can't deliver next day, don't take that order. However having seen your website which seems to be designed for a 5 year old in reception class, I'm not surprised.
The old Yodel, simple tracking of the delivery van in real time, '6 more stops' etc was far superior to the new one. I'll try and avoid any seller using Yodel from now on.

You Seem Confused by Safe Place

Instructions to put the parcel in the ‘safe place’ inside the porch. Delivery guy opens the garden gate and drops it on the floor just inside the gate easily visible to everyone walking past. 15ft from the porch. Only managed 2 stars because he got the right address.
