I’m starting to think the VIP program…
I’m starting to think the VIP program is not worth it - the prices from sales or single items are less than the monthly vip credit. The only value lies in the bundle items and they are always sold out in the size my wife wears…. And to top it off the credit only lasts a calendar year so it just disappears!?… that’s just straight up taking my money and not giving a warning or anything from it.

Can’t help but keep coming back (when I WANT!)
I’ve been a subscriber for several years now and LOVE that I can pass on the monthly credit when I just don’t need an item based on the time of year or can save them. The one time I had an issue with my account it was resolved quickly and easily. Returns are easy, that said, I don’t return often because sizing and quality are both quite reliable!

My wife bought a workout shirt this…
My wife bought a workout shirt this past winter and ever since then the company has been charging her credit card every month. To be clear she never signed up for this and Mastercard said Fabletics had created a digital copy of her card which connects to her CC account. We have had no response from Fabletics.

Disappointed with my experience
Disappointed with my experience. Fabletics has a Canadian website, but the prices displayed were in U.S. dollars rather than Canadian, which was confusing and misleading. My credit card was charged with currency conversion fees, and when I contacted customer service, they were unable to clearly explain the pricing or offer any help. The currency should be much more obvious to Canadian shoppers before checkout.
