I ordered 3 items
I ordered 3 items. I received an email that there is delay on receiving 1 of the items. I received 2 of my orders and still after 2 weeks there is no communication about the 3rd item and I haven’t received it. I went to the branch and they said it is an online order and they don’t deal with home delivery orders.
I don’t know what to do. Even the price of my order is reduced further on the website but I haven’t received it yet.

Ordering on line seems to be a gamble…
Ordering on line seems to be a gamble as to when or if it will arrive. Every time I order online, gets delivery date and then keep my fingers crossed it will arrive. Some items have never come and other times they are very late. The last online order I made I was sent an email to say my order was delayed, no sooner had I left the shopping centre I received another email to say it was delivered. This meant I had to make a special trip into store to collect rather than when it actually suited me! Much prefer shopping in store!
