Ordering on line seems to be a gamble…

Ordering on line seems to be a gamble as to when or if it will arrive. Every time I order online, gets delivery date and then keep my fingers crossed it will arrive. Some items have never come and other times they are very late. The last online order I made I was sent an email to say my order was delayed, no sooner had I left the shopping centre I received another email to say it was delivered. This meant I had to make a special trip into store to collect rather than when it actually suited me! Much prefer shopping in store!

When I placed my order the skirt was in…

When I placed my order the skirt was in stock and due in store two days later. I then received an email saying there was a short delay to my delivery. I’ve not received any further communication about my order or been told when I might receive it!

Would have given five stars

Would have given five stars but was frustrated with delivery information. Having chosen delivery date I arranged my weekend around going to collect it. I fully expected an email to say it was ready. Instead I received a message saying it was delayed and I would receive further information later. Went home and almost immediately had messages saying it was ready. Went in the following day and they couldn’t find it.

Long delivery time.

Plant did eventually arrive but it took four years! Was due to come 2020 but worldwide lock down, 2021 was informed due to a poor winter stock was not of good enough quality and then I completely forgot about it. It arrived last week, much to my surprise.
