I recently ordered a swimming pool from Exit Toys, and although we unfortunately discovered a leak once it had been set up, it was simply one of those rare manufacturing faults and not a reflection of the company.

I contacted their customer service via WhatsApp, and within 24 hours I had received a reply along with the offer of a brand new replacement pool. The whole process was quick, straightforward, and completely hassle-free.

Their customer care is absolutely top tier, and the quality of the pool itself is fantastic. It's refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and genuinely looks after its customers.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Exit Toys to anyone looking for a high-quality pool backed by exceptional customer service. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy to resolve!

Return process. Keep being told to expect instructions but they never materialize. I've been trying for at least a week but am still left hanging. Very poor customer service

Ordered a trampoline. Shipping did not occur when it said it would, it was delayed around a week and communication from Exit Toys was very poor, however understandable with what is happening with heatwave etc.
Order arrived and has been put together. Printed Instructions were fairly poor but we were able to find videos to help online.
Product is very good, feels very sturdy.
If you are not in a hurry, then I would say Exit toys are great to use, just don’t expect speedy delivery/prompt replies to queries at present.

Ordered pool 5 weeks ago and constant delays when they said 4-6 business days I ordered at 12ft pool and a 12ft pool cover the pool came fine untile we put it together when pieces didn’t line up after we followed instructions we got it done but we found out after 5 mins of filling water that the pool was punctured. The pool cover did not come at all. Do not buy

Avoid at all cost, i ordered a pool which arrived within a week (which is reasonable). However, it was missing parts and had marks on the liner. I requested to return it and have my money back 2 weeks ago, I've sent two mails (and received automatic confirmation) via the forms on their website and have not received any response. Next step is to do a chargeback via my bank.
Essentially, you should stay away, they will take your money and then ignore you.

Ordered a 12 foot trampoline. Took 2 weeks to arrive. When it arrived, it came without half the parts. I had organised for a digger to dig hole as it was a ground level trampoline. This issue delayed that and cost me more.

SCAM ! not even a real company

Ordered a pool week ago , got a emailed to tell me pool is not in stock and will be back in stock 3rd of December,
I have sent multiple emails and a week later I got no response terrible customer service do not buy from the website

No pools available anywhere so said id try here such fast delivery good updates very happy with the pool way stronger it seems compared to bestway bars highly recommend great prices

i ordered a swimming pool with the acessories and cover. the pool came but it is missing parts plus cover. am trying to contact them but the website is not user friendly and no one getting back to me

Do not buy from exit toys. No way of contacting them other than whatapp messages and they have no idea where my order is. Still waiting for order 1 month later. Avoid at all costs

I am still waiting for my pool i ordered it from online buy which they where also not much help i ordered it on 29th June and on online buy said delivery date was between the 4th july and 7th of July and still not here looked on dpd tracking its still in Germany at the moment not moved anywhere trying to get a refund is a joke cost me 119.00 if I knew it was not going to be delivered on dates they said I would of never ordered it so still trying to get a refund so I can try order a pool somewhere else but alot of places are sold out

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Ordered an 8ft round pool 2 weeks ago, delayed delivery, to be told today that an admin error meant that they didn’t have it in stock and I’d be refunded as soon as possible. Clearly taking orders they can’t fulfil, and delaying admitting it with confusing emails about delivery.

I ordered a pool last week and said would be dispatched on 30th June no tracking number provided I enquired about this and was told they diapatched it, it's dpd did not scan it then today they told me it didn't leave the warehouse will they cancel it I replied asked when will it be dispatched and no reply since then very bad customer service don't honor the day they say they will dispatch when I ordered it so as 3 to 5 days and not even dispatched 8 days later

Do not buy! Very unhappy numerous delays with delivery in first instance. Product ended up being unsuitable to be used in our garden, completed returns process paid my return fee and for over 3 weeks now customer service sending me around in circles. Promised too pick up days, never happened and was told dpd issue now its an issue due to demand. No answer as to when it will be resolved. Have to now take further myself.

Ordered my first item, communication was great before ordering, WhatsApp is definitely better than email for communication and I was given the options email or WhatsApp. I ordered my item Thursday at 12noon and it was delivered friday 10am. Dispatching the item was very prompt and dpd did well by collecting and delivering it promptly.

Excellent company!! Quality products and very supportive customer service and they also stand over the warranty of their
Products. Would definitely buy more products from them, highly recommend 5*****

Fantastic products. I’ve had a pool dome for a few years but this year I decided to get a new dome plus pool and ladder all from Exit Toys. Couple of issues with some of the pool parts but they replaced them with no problems. I love that you can order/replace individual parts without having to replace the whole product.

Very disappointing refund experience with EXIT Toys.

I returned the items using the company’s own return labels and followed their instructions. Despite this, I have been waiting a long time for my refund and received multiple contradictory explanations from customer service.

First I was told the refund had already been processed. After checking with my bank, no refund had been received. My bank also confirmed that a refund could still be received even though the original Visa card had expired.

Later I was told another refund was delayed because a returned item was allegedly missing, even though all items were sent back in the parcels using their labels. I also have documentation of the return shipments.

The most frustrating part has been the poor communication: different staff giving different answers, no clear ownership of the case, and repeated delays.

Products may be fine, but if something goes wrong and you need support or a refund, be prepared for a stressful process.

We bought an in ground trampoline last November and its been used daily by our boys 10 and 14. It's also had up to 6 children on at one time and its definitely stood the test !! Absolutely worth every penny . Assembly took about 4 hours with 2 men .We got a gardener to dig the hole with a digger, so alot of work went in but we are delighted and would recommend it to anyone !
