Dear, the meter has a 3-month warranty, and the controller has a 6-month warranty. Your order was delivered on July 15, 2025. Therefore, you will need to purchase the replacement parts at your own expense.

Title: Terrible customer service - Avoid for TYT radios and Windows 11 compatibilityI purchased two TYT MD-UV390 Plus radios from Banggood. The radios use an older internal chipset that completely fails to connect to modern Windows 11 operating systems due to unsigned driver blocks. This is a known manufacturing issue, making the radios impossible to program out of the box.Despite providing clear proof and video evidence that the items do not work with modern PCs, Banggood customer service completely refused to accept a return or issue a refund. They blame the customer for a hardware and driver defect. Do not buy communication equipment from Banggood if you expect consumer protection or working customer support.

ordered 3 RC planes beginning in Mid June 2026. All 3 have been defective. Out of the box issues, 2 of them, the FLYBEAR F6 won't fly correctly, and the QIDI 580 motor won't work, again, this straight out of the box. I have sent numerous emails and done service tickets, and to date, no solution, well, if you do not count the attempt to send a replacement motor for the QIDI 580. The 2 Flybear F6 planes, well, one can get airborne, but does not respond to controller, the other one, will go about 20 foot, and crash. Personnel opinion is that Bangood has NO intention on doing a refund or a replacement. Got to make returns or replacements easier. Order No. 116441321 for the QIDI 58. Order No. for Flybear F6 (the 1st one) 116671381 and the Order No. for the 2nd F6 Flybear 116730484. I am really stuck on the "Ready to Fly" aspect, I should not have to replace motors or make manual adjustments on anything just out of the box. They want videos to prove it, I sent one for the QIDI 580 and 1 for the 2nd F6. Unable to do a video for the 1st since I cannot control it's flight other than the throttle lever.

The implication was that both parts were included in the price. But only one of the two was shipped. Very deceptive.
