Banggood is the worst place you can buy something , I just bought multimeter they do even have it ,so I need to wait who knows how long and of-course customer service not helping at all ! NEVER AGAIN !

Thank you for sharing my feedback with specific reference to your UK Logistics Team using Evri (Tracking Code-H054NA0030043923), as it is here in the UK where UK goods are handled and delivered by EVRI to paying customers as to where the problem lay.

Evri are taking pictures of UK citizens goods in obscure public places, not delivering paid goods and stealing those paid goods to sell on! Thereby leaving paying customers out of pocket through theft.

This is where the problem lies with you as the contracted seller with the paying customer, as by giving contracted paid goods away to third parites whom paying customers do not have a contract with, the legal arguments for theft, collusion, fraud and money laundering is burdened solely with the business whom the contact of sale goods is with the paying customer.

This said, as you are aware my international Order direct from China (Order No: 116822124) was of no issue, as i received this order from a different UK Courier not associated with EVRI! Therefore, it is UK Evri based couriers where the problem lay.

This ongoing historical problem regarding this issue at hand is why a legal and lawful question arrises. I hope you will reevaluate your relationship with couriers like EVRI as all parcels should be delivered by the company business solely and not third party non-contractual entities.

The negative Trust pilot reviews recorded by paying customers in the last 24 hours alone acts of legal and lawful evidences for arguments atoning for the theft, collusion, fraud and money laundering cponducted by UK EVRI-HEMES Courier Logistics company.

With this said, as advised, i will make another purchase from your website in the near future and share my evidences of the the outcome regarding the receipt of (Long Distance Paid Goods).

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your parcel and that you are dissatisfied with the delivery.
 
I have noted your concerns regarding parcel H054NA0030043923 and your allegation that the parcel was not delivered into your possession. I can also see that you have submitted a Subject Access Request through the ICO process, which will be handled separately by our Data Protection Team in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
 
With regard to your request for a refund and compensation, Evri is unable to issue a refund for the goods purchased, as the contract for the sale of the goods is between yourself and the retailer. The retailer is responsible for investigating claims for goods not received and for arranging any refund or replacement where appropriate.
 
I would therefore recommend that you continue to pursue the matter the sender and retailer of the goods. They are able to raise any loss claim directly with Evri if required.
 
I appreciate this is not the outcome you were hoping for and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Fake "insurance" scam, seller is always responsible for package lost.

After this experience, I can only give my worst possible evaluation to this Organization. I bought an amateur radio and received a different model, a cheaper version. After two weeks of many e-mails and pictures to customer support, Banggood did not give me any solution. I had to open a dispute using my Paypal account. Also, my negative product review was deleted from their site (so, what's the point of this feature if bad reviews are simply erased?). Regarding this Organization I can only find that they are not trustworthy. So, my advice to other buyers would be:
a) Fist, ask yourself if you really need that item. Most of the times, the answer will probably be NO. Buy a good book instead.
b) If you do really need it, try to buy somewhere else or, even better, buy locally.
c) If, for whatever reason, you still want to buy from Banggood, document very well the unpacking, so there are no excuses in case you might need to open a dispute. Contact Banggood support and after about 3 or 4 days of e-mails and no solution, open a claim in Paypal. This might be the only chance of solving your issue.

I bought a mini drill crearly shown in the site complete with a full set of accessories and I received a mini drill body and no accessory. Another site of thieves showing something and selling something else. I can only suggest to stay away from this type of providers

I am writing to formally demand the immediate full refund of 600 € for my scooter (116305400 ), purchased in January.The scooter stopped working in February, within the legal warranty period. Your customer service delayed the process for months, promising a spare part. In August, your services shipped the part to the wrong address, which is entirely your responsibility.Your recent claim that the "return window has expired" is completely illegal. I have been reporting this defect since February.Please be informed that I have contacted my bank today to initiate a formal Chargeback procedure (dispute for non-compliant merchandise and warranty breach) under Visa/Mastercard rules. This company are the worst I've rvery dealt with. My product which was s drone I ordered back in July is apparently stuck at customers indefinitely and no one knows when or if I will receive my order. One one from bang good can help. I can't get my 200 pounds back. Its an absolute joke. Never ever use this company. They take your money and then you get nothing in return.

I received the projector, but unfortunately, there is a large visible speck of dust or debris in the projected image. The optical/display system was supposed to be sealed to prevent dust from getting inside.
No chance to return product.
Theo complaint form does not allow you to finish the return proccess

It was quite fast deliveries from Banggood, specially from USA warehouse. Everything matches as they advertised, sometimes they offer great prices.

Product seems good value for money and the delivery was quick with no extra charges

Good products at good prices, but damaged items can be difficult to deal with. Eventually Banggood gave me a 50% off coupon so I could buy another of the same item because they couldn't supply parts and wouldn't do an exchange. All good.
