Ordered 4 mugs but somehow the delivery address came back as my old one , Called the customer service asap and amazing staff they recalled them back from everi and re sent to my new address . Mugs arrived promptly but after inspection one was chipped e-mailed them asap with a picture as it was the weekend and on Monday I got one back with an apology and saying that’s replacement would be with me the next day which it was , fantastic customer support and service would buy again and mugs are fabulous

Kept uptodate with process of order & delivery - all items well packaged and a delight to receive the chosen items - this was a beautifully decorated soup plate titled 'foraging' and a fun 'Halloween ' tea towel featuring a dresser with many of the items available - all for myself - recommended 😀

A small order this time, a mug for a friend’s birthday. She has been admiring my sweet pea mug and now she has one of her own. Delivered promptly and safely leaving one 80yr old very very happy.

Had to wait 3 weeks for something that ended up breaking in a week anyway. I didn’t receive any communication why my order was late until I emailed in. Turns out the factory broke my original order and spent another week replacing it. By the time I got it, not sure if it was faulty but it ended up breaking in a week anyway. I bought matching dog bowls. Now one dog has a bowl, one does not so I have reordered. It’s been a week so far. Let’s see if it’s another 3 weeks wait!

Great experience with EB and a beautiful product. But the delivery from Evri let EB down - they left my parcel at another property and sent through the delivery notification to say it had been delivered. Luckily I knew where the property was and tracked down my own parcel.

I've been after the hearts oven glove and teatowel for ages..it's a bit pricey for what it is but will make a great gift for someone who collects the "hearts" merchandise..

I dropped a star because the pattern on the items received was quite muted compared to the website photos. Gave a false impression of the decoration. Having said that I do like the items and the service was it’s usual high standard.
