If I could give it 0 stars I would. Ordered 4 different Christmas arrangements from them. None of the 4 looked like the ones that I ordered. The shape, the candles and the flowers were all different and resembled NOTHING that I paid for. Cheap flowers, cheap candles and all leftovers were used to create those arrangements. I pointed it out to them and they used some B.S. excuse stating the flower shops used the same colors that were ordered but little variation might have occurred. Well, the variations were not minor but huge!!! Be aware of their services. I wanted what I paid for and not a fully wrong order. Bad customer service. Don't bother writing a complaint as they ignore it anyhow!!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering flowers from [eKwiaty] for my cousin's birthday, and I am utterly disappointed with the service provided. The bouquet, meant to bring joy on a special occasion, contained dead roses, completely ruining the celebration.

Upon contacting customer service to address this issue, I was met with refusal to correct the error promptly. The lack of willingness to rectify a mistake on such a significant day is deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Not only did the flowers not meet basic freshness standards, but the company's dismissive attitude towards resolving the problem has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. As a customer who paid for a service, I expected a level of professionalism and a genuine effort to make things right.

I strongly caution others against using [eKwiaty] for their floral needs. This experience has been nothing short of disheartening, and I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-focused service.

I ordered flowers for my mum in Poland and was very disappointed. The bouquet was not as described and of a poor quality. I made a complaint but was told that they didn't agree with it and could not refund it. I would not use this company again.

I ordered flowers for my mother 78 birthday paid, got confirmation etc. Delivery guy did not call ahead, and failed to deliver. Did not leave with neighbors, nor at the door. I gor e-mail stating that flowers are back at shop to be picked up. or I can pay 30 zl for additional delivery. Spent 3 hours trying to call, but nobody answered the phone. Then the avalanche of e-mial stated with all kinds of excuses and blaming me for the situation. All over 30 zl I was willing go pay. At some point lady suggested that my mother can go and pick up the flowers herself. Shameless and stupid. Over 30 zl they lost hundreds zl/year in future orders. Peak of stupidity.

Stay away! They sent totally different things then you ordered. They don’t take your complaints, no refunds!

Sklep nie wywiązuje się z umowy. Dostarczone kwiaty są inne niż te, za które zapłacono. Nie można dostać zwrotu za różnicę w cenie. Typowa firma która ma klienta gdzieś

Avoid this company, absolute scam !! You will NOT receive what you paid for. I am so embarrassed that my mom received pitiful bouquet that I paid top money for. They will tell you that the flowers ARE what you paid for. I just don't understand how they are still in business!!

Another order placed with eKwiaty and another smile on my mum's face. I highly recommend them, so far they have never disappoint and the last order included the coffee cake which was apparently great success too.

Don't order through them. Flowers they send don't look close to what they advertise. They are not even fresh. I was truly ashamed when I saw pictures of what they sent. And they told me pictures are only example of how the bouquet may look.

I highly do not recommend it, if you provide a foreign contact number, the courier will not even contact you.
e-kwiaty has no problem to take a payment from your foreign account, but it is impossible to contact a client with a foreign phone number

This company is not very good. In fact I cant say much about the parcel as it has never arrived. I ordered a basket of healthy items for my aunts 80th birthday. It has been a week and every day the courier takes the parcel out for delivery and cancels it. They are not offering anything with apologies, only that to not accept the parcel when it finally arrives and then when the parcel is back, they will give the money back.

That is terrible!!! I ordered the flowers and two bottles of wine for our friend's wedding to be delivered on a day of the wedding. No delivery! How disgusting!!!
Keep away from this company!!!!!

This place is a joke !!!!!!!! I paid decent money for flowers . They shipped completely different looking flowers and told me that it is the same . So unprofessional! They told me that pictures are only example how flowers can look . They ruined my niece’s birthday surprise . Shame on you e-kwiaty .

Terrible experience, I will never ever order anything from that store. Flowers were delivered on time but they didn’t remind the bouquet I ordered. I filed the complaint but the store thinks that amount of flowers is correct so I have no right to complain. I ordered beautiful bouquet, round, full of flowers and receives few roses with a red string.

I have been ordering flowers from E-Kwiaty for many many years now and have been disappointed. Good prices and good service! Highly recommended.

This is a joke. I’ve ordered a bouquet “Bukiet po prostu” the most expensive deluxe version for Pln 269,90 for Mother’s Day.
What arrived looked not near to the picture of the bouquet on the website. Composition, colours, size of flowers. Everything. I wish there was an option to upload a picture to show how different and inadequate to the price this bouquet turned out to be. There is no control over the work of local florists by the e-kwiaty.pl The pictures of the bouquets are beautiful on the web but the reality is that local florists can’t reproduce it and no one takes responsibility for the final product. What’s a disappointment. The lesson to learn is to always order plain flowers, without any composition and definitely not from this seller.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the flowers. The ordered bouquet did not resemble the picture at all, and some of the flowers seemed to be fading. The large leaves used for decoration were dusted and had dry water stains all over. After two days two of the flowers have died.
The company did not agree with my complaint, even though I included several photos, clearly showing the flowers. Their response was that 'according to their terms and conditions the freshness of their flowers is guaranteed for two days from the delivery, providing that the flowers have been looked after appropriately'. I guss that means that if the flowers died after one day they would argue that the flowers were not looked after appropriately.
Appalling Customer Service!!!
My advice is that unless you want to waste your money stay clear from this company!

They mixed up orders and my mom got a cheap basket of tea, dry cookies and wine for her birthday, which she doesn't drink. Someone else probably enjoyed the more expensive gift. Unfortunately, my mom did not know about the mistake and ate the cookies. Now we can't send back the rest of products. Loss of money due to their fault. I hope that the other person will be happy with the things that this company left them for free and was not able to send us our basket,minus some similar product that my mom opened.

I made an order a bucket of flowers for my 98 grandmother in Lublin.
Dissatisfied and disappointment had met.
The flowers not fresh and all green decorations came out. Wrote complain has not received any response any money back any apology.
The next time i will buy better in Tesco for 20.
I would never recommend e-kwiaty.

I’m very disappointed with delivered flowers, completely different than it was offered on their website.
To be honest - the person who received it was also very disappointed
I will never used this company especially that they do not offer refund or new delivery. Only discount for next purchase- which I will never use it
