Even with delay in delivery due to supplier the service was good. Ordered 3 rolls of wallpaper over the winter sale and unfortunately as predicted there was delay in getting the items. But when I have contacted the customer service their help was great and items arrived as they have advised they will. Overall good service.

Ordered floor underlay and unfortunately the delivery got caught in the Black Friday/drivers shortage etc etc shenanigans. Nevertheless, the customer service we got from Ambience was just excellent and we finally have our order here. Communication with customers like this is very rare nowadays so massive congrats to the Ambience. Highly recommended.

Have been using Bower products for few months already and just sign up for regular delivery as they are so good. Washing Up Liquid, Lavender Non-Bio Washing and Orange Shower Gel are all great. My partner suffers from eczema when wrong products are used and Bower stood the test. I just love that the pouches are sent back for further use and the delivery is always quick, even to our remote islands. Thank you Bower, happy customer here :)
