Lady on phone very good even when the phone wasn’t very clear she wanted to make sure everything clear sure with the hotel that we could have a walk-in shower in our bedroom something she was not forced to do but I thought was very good and rang me the next day to confirm it. She was great l can’t remember her name but thank her please.

This will be 4th holiday , always helpful , friendly staff. Prices are good value , especially as there is a guide to help you through your holiday. So many holidays to choose from , great range of prices .

The only bug bear is the colossal price of single person supplement , especially when you get a very small single room , which stops customers booking more holidays. I know this is every travel company, so maybe get together to come up with a solution.

We have just come back from our fifth trip with GRJ, this time to Sorrento and Rome. We have found the Tour Managers to be knowledgeable and VERY helpful. The level of organisation is top notch. We liked it so much that we have booked a different holiday with GRJ for next year.

The booking process is easy. We rang up and were able to ask questions and got sensible replies. The staff were knowledgeable and did not push their products. There was no "sales" chat.

The quotes are what you pay. There are no hidden "extras".

Mistakes in Taking Names have no way Options to correct them except by making another dreaded call and waiting for support .
