Short holiday o Poland
I went Poland. The Newmarket representative was always helpful and friendly. The Hotel I stayed in was very clean I had good service from the hotel staff. The trip to Auschwitz and Birknau was very interesting. Our representative Beverly gave us all very clear information on the visit to the camps and how to return to the bus. Beverly went out her way to help everyone on the holiday

Belfast experience
Tony the tour manager was well organised on all the excursions picking up and dropping off on time. It was clear that he had done his homework and was able to give detailed insight on all the places we visited. He was entertaining and kept us laughing with his dad jokes. I would recommend any tour that Tony is managing.

Uncomfortable Dining
I recently returned from Puglia & the South undiscovered Italy holiday .
The tour guide Luca was very knowledgeable , interesting & kind.
The hotel was immaculately clean & in a beautiful setting . However the air conditioning , especially in the dining hall was totally inadequate that meant the evening meal was extremely uncomfortable after a some long ,hot tiring days.

A very enjoyable experience with Newmarket Holidays
A very positive experience with Newmarket Holidays from start to finish.
Booking our holiday to Krakow was easy and number of queries I had post-booking were answered efficiently and effectively. One irritating point: the company asked for feedback after every call no matter how small the issue.
The flights were booked with EasyJet and our journey to Krakow and back went smoothly.
Beverley, our courier was pleasant, helpful and efficient. We didn’t have a great deal of contact with her except to/from the airport and the visit to Auschwitz. However, she was well informed and able to answer any questions effectively.
The hotel, INX Design in the Jewish Quarter was excellent: helpful staff; very clean and lovely room with a modern bathroom. We really liked the area and a tram stopped outside the hotel which could take us to the Old Town if needed.
Many scenes in Shindler’s List were filmed behind the hotel in the old square.
One issue which would improve the experience of guests would be the greater use of headphones on walking tours. Our group was large and some slower than others. Headphones would ensure that every member of the group could hear everything which the guide was saying. This was not the case an our walking tours of the Old Town nor outside at Auschwitz II.

I had a problem with obtaining my tracking number fory flight
I had a problem with obtaining my boarding passes. I called NM on a Sunday and spoke to Jesse. He went over and above to help me. He was very kind and sincere. Listened to my problem and had endless patience with me and resolved my problem 100%. Leaving me with the greatest of confidence.

I saw they had a holiday in Iceland with a chance to see the Northern Lights, something I’ve always wanted to see. I decided to ring them because I have had very good phone calls with them in the past.
