GiffGaff was great when I didn't have an issue BUT as soon as anything with your phone or network goes wrong beware that you may have a nervous breakdown like I did trying to get an answer out of a human being. Each 'agent' repeats what the last bot said who repeats what the last 'agent' said who gets back in 5 working days and repeats what the last bot said who repeats what the last agent said which you already tried a hundred times. Absolutely useless company.

The flexibility is the thing that makes it so good for my circumstances being able to change packages and even put it on hold during long-term vacations

I got what I think is reasonable contract at a decent price, the switch over from my previous supplier was seamlessly done without any problems whatsoever.

Giff Gaff is great haven’t had any problems. Price is perfect for me, certain places coverage isn’t great but you’re going to get foggy areas in places. Would like a little bit more roaming data. Thank you

I had a very disappointing experience with giffgaff’s returns process.

After returning my phone, I was told that the box they received was empty. As “evidence”, they sent me a photograph which they claimed proved this. However, the photo did not show an empty box at all. Instead, it showed the box closed, with only the tamper strip already ripped open—the exact point I had previously raised with them.

The image does not demonstrate that the box was empty. It simply shows a closed box with the security seal broken. From that photo, it is impossible to verify what was or wasn’t inside the package.

Despite this, giffgaff relied on that image to reject my claim rather than providing genuine evidence of the contents at the point the package was opened. I found this extremely misleading and disappointing.

I expected a fair and transparent investigation, but instead I felt that my concerns were dismissed without sufficient evidence being provided. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend giffgaff’s returns process.

PLEASE AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE

I can’t express how happy I am with how good giffgaff has treated me over the many years I have been with them.
A few years ago I accidentally left my mobile data switched on and when my bundle ran out at 12 at night my phone continued to use data that I hadn’t paid for. I got straight in touch with the team and as they knew it was unlike to do this they wavered the charges for me which had racked up a £25 bill. They were so understanding. They not only let me off £25 but they also gave me £25 extra as if my phone had no credit then it shouldn’t have used it anyway. I had no idea at the time that was the case. They were so good then and still now I have a fantastic deal of paying £15 for unlimited internet and unlimited means unlimited too. I can share my hotspot with my tv and watch Netflix for as long as I like and the mobile data never goes down. It is such a relief having this as I before when I only had 80gb I had to keep checking the giffgaff app to check my usage. Now I don’t have to worry about it or check it at al.
I would highly recommend giffgaff to everyone and say it is good deals on bundles and the customer service is impeccable

Giffgaff cold caller at 6:30pm when we have a clear and visible sign asking people to respect our privacy. Especially considering we have a new born baby trying to sleep, and a reactive dog that barks when people knock on the door.
No apology, just a shrug and moved onto our neighbour.

works great when I'm in the UK.

I am getting a extra giffgaff payment of £10 per month and I do not know what it is fir or which account sim its relates to. Need to cancel it.

Giffgaff have always been fantastic!

Giff Gaff are always excellent, great customer service and great products.

It does not cost a penny more than the top up cost but I am being charged another £ 1.18 to top up £10. I was not notified and hence when I run out, I am going to discontinue with giffgaff and will not reccomend to others

I used to really like giff gaff however my data doesn’t work at my home address and they never look to provide any solution other than the typical trouble shooting questions whilst still accepting my monthly contract fee despite raising it with them multiple times. The format of how to raise help on their platform isn’t great.

I'm currently going through domestic violence and I've explained to hiff gaff plenty times I don't get paid tillpnday they keep threatening me will bailiffs

No complaints at all! Ive found giffgaff great to use, great prices and with an easy app to use couldnt ask for anything more. Also I was contacted by giffgaff recommending me a better tarrif for my usage and it was actually less money! Definitely recommend.
