I've hosted servers with GGsevers for over a decade (just fun ones for my friends/family). And I must say their customer service is top notch. I've been helped before, retrieving old worlds, solving payments problems, configuring plug-ins, the works.

I was recently helped my a customer service agent, Rafel, who was more than helpful to resolve a payment problem with a new card, that the site didn't accept.

Server runs great, it’s easy to use and instal mods, and customer service was amazing.

I wanted to get started with my first real server, and they helped me get it set up. Customer service was quick, kind and helpful. The UI was easy to navigate and learn, and the package was inexpensive. I got the cheapest one to start and it does what I expected. I’m not sure yet how to switch to a more powerful hardware package without buying a brand new service and porting all my settings over, but I’m confident customer service can solve that problem for me.

Amazing customer support, and reliable server hosting. I'm not that experienced in minecraft server hosting so i dont know about plugins and stuff like that and they all explained it to me very well and even gone out of there way sometimes to fix the problem for me without guiding me on how to fix it. the server isnt laggy at all for me, the website has easy formatting, and also for the customer support, theres only like 3-4 people on customer support yet everytime i ask a question it is answered IMEEDIANTLY by one of the staff. 10/10 experience.

Very good server quality even with my 2GB runs smoothly incredibly impressed. customer support is amazing very fast professional help with any issues. No issues.

Had same issues as TheDon Parks, tons of errors happening and out of my control. Mods i didnt do showing up. In particular VPPAdminTools kept getting an issue with one min it was working then next thing i knew it didnt. had to reinstall the enitre server with Rafaels help ( he was the best) only to have problem reoccur 24 hours after. Tried an upgrade on memmory I that didnt help and i got double billed for it, they did refund the overage after i complaigned. I cannot recommend them at all.

This is my first time buying a server and i picked GGServers and i will not be changing at all but i want to be able to have a mc.gg at the end of my subdomain but they impressed me alot i just dont know how to get mc.gg at the end of it

Despite having a lot of weird issues, my support staff named Rafael was able to help through everything and make it very simple and easy to understand.

Rented a DayZ server from this company, initial prospects seemed positive. The staff was generally polite and knowledgeable. However after 7 days of repeated issues with the service updating mods, downloading mods we hadn't asked it to, and 0 filling the disc for no reason. That led to database corruption, I gave them over 24hours to resolve the issue, they could not. I then stepped in and resolved the issue in under an hour by brute forcing my way around their "workshop installer", and correcting the corrupt files. I amicably asked for a refund to move to a new host as the server spent more time offline due to issues than it did online. I was then told regardless of circumstance you can only request a refund in the first 24 hours. Which is slick and deceitful on their part as it takes a fair amount of time to properly setup a DayZ server with mods. So your actual window is a few hours. I cant recommend a company like that to my friends and peers. I shouldn't have to be my own tech support then not even be eligible for a refund.
To their credit they have Rafael M. Who I can confirm is technical wizard and is of much help, but you cant count on him alone to answer every ticket.

I had an excellent experience with GGServers, especially thanks to the amazing support from Rafael. From the very beginning, he was patient, friendly, and super clear in explaining how the monthly subscription and cancellations work, which really helped since I was only planning to host a short-term server with friends.

When I ran into setup issues, Rafael responded quickly and took the time to troubleshoot everything with me step by step. Whether it was server setup delays, finding the server IP, DNS issues, or fixing the “Failed to verify username” error for cracked accounts, he explained everything clearly and made sure the server was fully working before ending the chat.

What really stood out was how approachable and supportive the service felt—no rushing, no copy-paste replies, just genuine help. The server is now running perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with both the service and the customer support.

I had some problems according to server optimization and resources usage. I contacted GGServer's staff and they helped me perfectly and quickly. I am most satisfied by staff member Austin. He did everything what he could for me and despite of me bothering him plenty of times, he was still helping me without hesitation. Thanks!

He fixed my problem so fast, the other person who i contacted last time should be fired. But Rafeal is amazing, legit fixxed in 10 mins after I spent a hour trying to fix it, legit give that man a raise.

I had a problem with my server, when i entered the end portal the server and my game crashed. i notified the customer service and got help by an employee that told me to follow a tutorial and sent me a link. i tried to follow it but it was weird, and messy to follow. but then i had to leave for an hour or two and when i get back i get answered by a guy named rafael.
he directly told me to wait a moment and i see in the console that he starts typing stuff and a few minutes later he tells me to test, and it worked. Rafael has helped me out more than anyone else, rafael is the GOAT.

Guy named austin was working on my ticket and i sent a message and they are on top of their stuff so quick amazing for a budget and server runs 24/7

Honestly speaking, this company is great the support is enormous and their services are sublime. I feel that most of all the customer support takes the cake they have helped be many times to solve from easy to very complicated and personalized problems with my server. They have knowledge in every small fix or mod and would even dedicate time to search and find the best solution for your specific I have no more words for them. On the other hand they only slight problem I have might be with the loading times on the website although that could be due to me being in Europe and their Website located in Canada. Besides, I would highly reccomend them to people who are starting new server in minecraft or any other game to be honest. These guys are unparalleled
