Rarely ever not able to run my server, very minimal dt. Easy to switch ip as well, switched from a dallas ip to a illinois ip with litterally 2 clicks. price is a bit high in my opinion but VERY worth the cost.

I loved using this service. From the moment I got it everything was easy to set up. Every option had a very a small bio so you knew what you were adjusting which was super helpful. Took out the need of trail and error or a Google search. The price I paid was around $28 for a Palworld Server and I got the 12gb with the performance boost. It also came with 32 slots so I was able to invite alot of friends! I was a little concerned about the price at first but I say I got my bang for my buck! I had a little bit of performance issues but then I found out you can set your server to restart which immediately fixed the issue. I blame my friends for not picking anything up lol Now I had no experience with server issues so I never contacted customer service but they did reach out when I canceled which was very sweet! I will be using this service again and I can't wait for them to add more games!

I like that the response times are quick and the services available are top quality and easily accessable even to remote users in the Canadian North. The pricing is fair and affordable as well.

Customer service has been very excellent all the way. Had to stop subscribing to a server due to unforeseen circumstances but I forgot to download the server backup. Customer service went out of their way to help me recover the world again and I get to cherish the memories I had with my friends there :)

Sometimes you feel like you're on an island with managing a dedicated server, but not here. Their support is responsive and knowedgable.

Game Host Bros is an excellent provider to work with. Everything from purchasing, to support, to selection of games is amazing. I've had several servers from them, each one has been simple to use and get running. BroPanel is an excellent interface that is ever changing. Price point is far better than the competition, especially when you consider the competition has more downtime than GHB.

I will forever recommend GHB to my friends and others.

so far so good. I came from another provider (bisect) and game bros is 10x better. the performance itself is way stronger. the tech support actually know what they are doing. and the overall layout is much more cool on the eyes.

Setting up a server is very fast and easy, and there's a lot of customization that's also really simple. Never had any issues even with one of the small packages. Very much recommend for playing games like Palworld with a small group of friends.

Easy to follow guides for troubleshooting and setting up your server. Helpful and quick to respond staff. Open and responsive on discord about issues they are currently working on. I have used their service multiple times for different games like Palworld and haven't had a bad experience yet. Every issue I had they were very quick to respond and helped take time to sort the issue out.

great host, great server provider, finally a host who isnt trying to rob you.

They make the process of setting up, maintaining and customizing a server so easy that even without having any knowledge of how to do any of these things on my own, I was able to get one up and running in no time with absolute confidence. I would recommend this service to absolutely anyone. I've also heard the customer service is incredible, but the product is so solid I haven't had any need for it to begin with which is amazing.
