I reached out because this was the first time I had ever done something like this. Not only was there a quick reply to the message, but I also found help in the discord for any other questions I had.

its great and really easy to use took me 5 mins to start adding mods and this is my first time hosting a server!
its also much cheaper than like all of the other hosting services.

game is unplayable with more than 1 players connected.
Support moved it to another server with the same issue.

its uplayable and non refundable so buyer beware!!!

Randomly stumbled on Sparked Host when I was looking for Valheim server hosting service and Im sticking with this guys for over years now. Easy cancellations, even when I was late with payments - server is just paused, not destructed. Great service.

Insanely good prices for discord bot hosting- If it's a personal bot that doesn't need a full gig of memory you're spending less than the price of a single Big Mac meal per year. Much more convenient than running locally, and the control panel is intuitive. Haven't had any forced restarts or issues.

Amazing Customer Support and quite honestly the host is cheap for what I get, and is definitely up there on the better hosts, so I would give this a 5/5 and recommend it for other.

I was working with Ali.a. I've been home-hosting Valheim servers for years, so I knew what the problem was and just needed to have someone who could reach the server's backend make the adjustments I needed. Ali.a was able to get it fixed and Valheim+ is working now. :)

(Small note: the Valheim+ Server config seems to be defaulting to the wrong launcher-- start_server.sh, rather than start_server_bepinex.sh-- and the version of Valheim+ it installs is quite a few versions behind the current version. May be worth updating those!)

They helped me with everything, even finding shaders within the game. I'm really happy with the service. Would I recommend them? Yes, absolutely. I've been using their servers here for years; they're excellent.

I've used Sparked Host in the past to host a 20+ community server with a heavy modpack and more recently used it to host a much smaller friend server with a more manageable modpack. They are the first server provider I have used and was made aware to me through word of mouth. Their article section is incredibly useful and functions as an FAQ for admin noobs like me navigating an unknown environment, though their on-hand support system bottom right on my client panel is immediately more helpful. I complained about my server failing to boot and as I was looking through my crash logs for an answer Miguel from support did all the heavy-lifting for me remotely. Even when I closed my first server and accidentally overpaid that extra credit was simply added to my account upon request. If your chosen server plan isn't enough you can always upgrade to accommodate for your modpack.

They have made my server-hosting experience incredibly easy and I will continue to use their services whenever a Minecraft phase occurs!
