Booking process and user experience

I love using GO city when I want to do a lot of attractions in a short period (using the timed pass), or if there is a good deal on the #of attractions pass. Using the time pass allows me to do a lot of attractions at once. Stuff that I maybe wouldn’t pay for on its own, but with it included in the pass I will do. Also, if some attractions aren’t great, I feel better that I still got the value out of the pass. I’ve used Go city 2 times for 2 difference cities. Both times it was easy to use and I felt it was worth it to get the pass. Highly recommend if you already want to go to the attractions on the pass and if you can plan to get your money’s worth!

The go city pass is beneficial if it is used properly. We purchased two Philly go city passes, one adult and one child with the 5% discount from signing up for their email list. Be aware that some attractions need a reservation. We visited the aquarium, Otherworld, and did the true crime tour, the Revolution and Founding Fathers tour, and the ghost tour. Some tours were not running in August so they should have stated that. These included the Italian market tour, the movie tour, the street tour, the food and cheesesteak tour, and the magic tour. Definitely a bummer because we would have liked to do some of them. We got there much later than expected on the first day so didn't do everything we wanted to but I do feel like we got our money's worth. I added up and we would have paid $349 for those two days but only spent $140 for the pass. Do your research and plan carefully and it will be very worthwhile.

Was great, I used Go City both in Boston and New York. You get better prices for the attractions than if you buy separately.

As improvement I suggest that in some attractions where you have to go to ticket office, wait the queue, and then use the pass to pay, you always have the risk of a previous sold-out. It will be interesting to have the possibly of booking. We didn't have any problem of sold-out but we had to go to the sunset cruises ticket office without know if there will be available tickets.

It's also important to check separate prices of each attraction as some of the cheapest are not worth to boot with the pass out of your have any extra discount (student...).

As long as you plan to do lots of activities, the pass is a good deal. I feel like we did some activities that we might have skipped without the pass. I was disappointed that when we went to do the City Cruise on our last day, the cruise had been cancelled. The woman at the booth was rude about it and would no offer any explanation on why it was canceled.

The Go City pass was amazing and the efficiency of being able to go to as many attractions for 3 days seamlessly was truly an asset! We did 12 activities in NYC using the Go City unlimited pass and could not have imagined doing it any other way. We even discovered so many different unique activities like the Catacombs of St Patrick's Old Cathedral, truly fascinating! The pass was accepted instantly by every company part of the program, and that we could even schedule/ reschedule the time slots through the app for many activities, which was truly a wonderful feature. I am so glad we went with Go City Pass and highly recommend it to any one trying to explore a city. Would give it more than 5 Stars if possible!

Just returned from a trip to London with a 3 day go city pass.
Was so easy to use and so many different attractions to visit.
Never had a problem getting into anywhere just scan the QR Code.

It was convenient to use the pass at the designated locations of my choice. However, I wish I had better options to choose from. I am happy overall with the service. Thank you for making my trip special.

Great value for the money. The app was easy to use and the attractions available were awesome.

Gives a collection of activities that we can choose from. Have used them for 3 cities/regions now. App fairly easy to use.

You do not have to wait in que to buy tickets or go to many websites to them. You have to make reservations for some places, pay attention to the hours of operation. E sim is a nice perk , personallyi was not able to activate it and i did not bother too much. This pass is suitable if you have an alert pace of visiting.

The Go City app is the best for visiting new cities. I’ve used this for two different cities and I’m very happy with the savings I have made. My last experience I needed a refund and I was very glad that I could do that due to that my plans had changed.
I highly recommend.

Most of the interesting activities in Stockholm were included. You save a lot of money

Great value for money.
A good choice of activities included- we saved so much money by purchasing this pass and meant wr had 3 really active days whilst on holiday.
The only minor downside was that some of the activity providers required you to call them to book- we found this difficult to do as we didn't have international calls included in our phone plan.

The booking process was easy and there was a good choice of places to see, experiences and museums.
