Great customer service, responsive to emails. Good quality products. I have ordered a number of times and never been dit. This last time i had to wait for something, as was out of stock, but when i enquired i got an email response back informing me when they expected the product back. And sure enough it was back and i was able to get it.

My lathe stopped working and I thought it could be the motor . I contacted Axminster and they sent me a replacement one straight away. I tried this motor but no joy , so I contacted Axminster again and they sent me a new controller. The lathe is now working again and I can't thank Axminster enough for their excellent service .

I have been purchasing tools from Axminster for over 20 years. All most of my woodworking machines are Axminster: Drill press, sanding thicknesser, Belt sander, band saw, grinder, even my bench. I bought a Fuji Q4 HVLP spray system from them some 20 years ago. I recently wanted a larger needle set for my gun. Michael in tech support was like a dog with a bone - we could not identify what discontinued spray gun I had and eventually he found out that rather than being an XPC (like I thought) it was a discontinued XT and he has sourced the needle set for me.

Kate in telephone sales was also fantastic. In all my experience with them they have always been second to none in customer support. Products are a bit on the high side but the support that follows is superb - you get what you pay for (sometimes :))

Been using Axminster for years. Always a good standard of tools and service.

Good quality tools at reasonable prices, however stock management is TERRIBLE; every section has a significant amount of out of stock. Postage is a bit slow for the price too; two days to actually dispatch is a bit disappointing.

The team at Axminster are truly customer centric. I had an issue with one of the two packages not arriving due to the courier company and Tony at Axminster was following up daily. Nevertheless I ended up returning the item due to tight timescales I was working to with my tradesmen, and ended up hiring a unit. Tony offered his full support and arranged to return the items for a full refund.
