Incredibly unprofessional company.
I ordered expensive RAM sticks that were supposed to be delivered after a few days. 1 week after, having no news, I asked via 2 different means to cancel the order.
1 month after the order, I still had no answer or delivery. I had to request a refund from the credit card company, which was thankfully accepted.
The delivery time was very long, even though the item was listed as immediately available in the online shop.
Upon inquiry, it was confirmed that the item had to be ordered from the supplier. Even at that point, the item was still displayed in the shop as immediately available.
An administrative fee is charged for payment by invoice, that was not mentioned at checkout.
For this reason, I strongly advise against ordering anything from this shop.
The shop is legit, however it seems they don’t actually have the items on stock. They promised a delivery within 2-3 days but after two weeks they still had no idea how long it would take for the item to be procured and shipped. If you have supply issues, you should state so right away or not sell the items altogether. Luckily, I got reimbursed.
The service was excellent. It arrived quickly and the product quality was great. I recommend it!
I have moved to switzerland this year and found this shop online, they have a super range of products. I ordered my phone and whilst it took a bit longer to arrive the service was reliable and my product perfect.
