I have been ordering constantly on Glaxus for the past 10 years, I have probably cumulated a spendeture of like 50K or more CHF on their site. I am very happy with their service. I rate them much better than Amazon, in particular the eCommerce site and catalog, I rarely had issues with my products and every time my returns were properly managed. I honestly love Galaxus

Easy site to navigate and order from but a few restrictions on choice compared to other sites, however, great delivery. Parcel arrived in advance of delivery time stated and is the only place who will deliver where required.

Selected Galaxus, because only once out more then 10 or 15 deliveries they were delayed, so in case they are not always cheapest option, but most probably you can rely on them to deliver on time promised.

Delivery came just the right time and parcel is pack nicely.

The item I ordered came promptly as expected. However it came with no quick start guide which other online suppliers stated would be included with their similar item after I checked their price offers. I'm not sure whether it was a packaging omission at source or whether my item had been repackaged and the guide carelessly left out. Nevertheless it still worked OK, being plug and play, easy peasy, so I let the matter go.

Am 30.10.2026 habe ich auf Galaxus eine Kodak Charmera Blind Box für CHF 69.59 bestellt. Das Angebot stammte vom Marktplatz-Händler technik-guenstiger.de, und laut Angebot war das Produkt innerhalb von 1–2 Tagen lieferbar. Kurz nach der Bestellung wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sich die Lieferung um sechs Monate verzögert.

Kurz darauf verschwand das Angebot von technik-guenstiger.de, und ein neues, identisches Angebot erschien, das jetzt von Galaxus selbst für CHF 189.90 verkauft wird, also für über CHF 100 mehr.

Als Kunde vertraue ich darauf, dass Galaxus seine Händler prüft und dass Lieferzeiten vor dem Kauf korrekt angezeigt werden. Ich wünsche mir von Galaxus deutlich mehr Kontrolle über die Händler auf seiner Plattform und mehr Verantwortung gegenüber den Kunden.

Galaxus customer service was friendly and responded quickly. Even so, I’m very disappointed with how my order was handled.

On 30.10.2026 I ordered a Kodak Charmera Blind Box on Galaxus for CHF 69.59. The listing was from the marketplace seller technik-guenstiger.de, and according to it the product was available for delivery within 1–2 days. Shortly after ordering, I was told that delivery would be delayed by six months.

Soon after, the technik-guenstiger.de listing disappeared and a new, identical listing appeared, which is now being sold by Galaxus itself for CHF 189.90, more than CHF 100 more.

As a customer, I trust Galaxus to vet its sellers and to make sure delivery times are shown correctly before purchase. I would like to see much more oversight from Galaxus of the sellers on its platform, and more responsibility towards customers.
