I liked that they arrived on time and didn’t change the date of arrival like most of the courier drivers. If they say it’s today, you can expect it until late in the afternoon.

Package Never Delivered
In the system, it says my package was delivered to a resident of my building and that a signature was provided. I checked with all the residents in my building, and none of them received it.
I contacted your support to understand the exact location and who received the package so I could check with them. You responded saying that, upon checking your system and with the driver, the package could not be located and that I should check with the retailer (in this case, Amazon).
I contacted Amazon to ask for a refund as the package was never delivered to me. They rejected my appeal because they said that the courier (you) confirmed that the package was delivered to me, which directly contradicts what you told me in my complaint. Amazon even threatened that if I raise another complaint like this, I am violating their refund and return policies and my account will be blocked.
So thank you. I lost my package and the money I put into it. I am never, ever ordering any package through you again.

Delivery instructions not followed
I left clear instructions when the order was placed to leave the package in a safe place as nobody was home. Package was taken by the courier back to the facility and delivered two days later .
