So far the site seems honest and allows even the most negative reviews a voice as long as they are verified. They say they don't get money from the companies reviewed, so that's reassuring. I read Trustpilot because they seem trustworthy.

Horrible incompetent customer service. They send you a letter stating they sent you documentation which is not in the mailing. They are difficult to reach. you get misinformation, failure to update personal information; 9 months later the info and spelling of my name is still incorrect, direct deposit still hasn't gone through. It takes forever to get a document and then they send the wrong paper or not at all. I would not recommend this company and am trying to find a way to move my funds to a different company. Avoid this company like the plague. A year's worth of aggravation.

You can track your purchases and they have a wide selection of topics.Excellent customer service. The prices are getting really high though, so I check thrift stores, library sales, ebay, and other options first now.

There is a variety of topics and great selection. The prices have gone up significantly, so I am not purchasing as often. I have looked to other sources.

I've had to send more books back these past couple of years because the wrong item was sent or the condition of the book was grossly overrated. Also, the priced have increased significantly, so I have to looked to other sources such as ebay, library sales, thrift stores, and flea markets. Customer service is excellent, but it takes additional time and effort to document problems including photos and I don't need more work.

Too often the wrong book sent, paperback for instance instead of hardcover. Books were not as described in terms of condition. They were described as very good, and one was fair and the other very poor due to heavy mold, dirt, and heavy dust throughout. Did receive prompt customer service, but time and energy were wasted on communication and responding to seller. Has happened a few times now, and next time I will definitely downgrade my stars. Also the price of the books has taken a huge jump. I go to the thrift stores and library sales more often now.Saves me a lot when I can find the same materials.

My last 2 purchases were very disappointing. One book described as very good and it had multiple large dog ears. Dog ears ruin a book and the creases weaken the paper fibers. Am trying to get a refund and they are offering me 30% of what I paid.I am refusing the offer.
2nd book was sent and described as very good. The book was full of heavy whitish gray powdery mildew and brownish dust on the board of the book, top of book and dust jacket. It smells so bad that I put it in a plastic bag. I have had problems with second sale books before. After this is settled, I won't buy from this company again. Purchases were made around the 3rd week of this month.

They do respond to customer complaints promptly and do their best to make you whole.

One problem is overrating book condition. Sometimes a book is rated very good, when it is only fair. or like new when good minus or fair is warranted
