Website so easy and straight forward to use was done and dusted in less than 10 minutes.

Took our money for a holiday then told us the flights had been cancelled in hidden small print, then was charged £172 to cancel the holiday, dnt go anywhere near them they are rubbish.

Jet 2 are best by far, taken several holidays with them and never had a single issue on any of them.
