Great car with great service
I started speaking with James and he has been brilliant from the start.
We found the ideal car, arranged all the finance and it was ready to then collect.
Collection day was smooth, time to look round the car and understand it. The showroom is even amazing - other dealers should take note!
Easy to complete hand over documents and the documentation relating to the V5 etc had all been sorted too.
Fantastic service and we’re thrilled with the car. Thank you!

From 1st speaking to Kamal to getting the car, everything went smoothly & Kamal explained everything to us perfectly too, the guy who dropped our new car up & picked our old 1 up was lovely too (sorry I forgot his name), then getting a follow up phone call from Alahna today, just checking we were happy with the car & if we had any questions, everything is perfect, from our new car, to how they speak to you on the phone, explain everything, & also do a follow up call to make sure you're happy with everything. We will definitely be using Hippo again in future, as our main thing we love about them, is how friendly & polite all the people on the phone are, who deliver the car, & the follow up calls they do, amazing company and lovely staff
