Matthew was absolutely fantastic! He did an amazing job helping me when my car broke down. His communication was excellent, and he was incredibly quick, friendly and professional throughout.

What really stood out was his positive attitude and politeness. When you’re stressed and stuck with a broken-down car, having someone so calm, reassuring and helpful makes all the difference.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend Matthew – a real credit to the company!

The wait time was an hour which I didn’t think was too bad (although luckily I was at home). When he arrived Matthew was very efficient and explained what he was doing at every step. He diagnosed a fault with my battery and luckily had a replacement one on board, which I was given the option to purchase or not. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy it. Although it wasn’t the cheapest of batteries, I agreed because it was convenient. He swapped the battery over in no time and got my car started.

The wonderful and very helpful Gareth arrived the morning after I called, quickly identified the problem and fixed it, leaving my car in perfect order and took my old battery away to dispose of it. Perfect, thank you AA and Gareth.

Jack from the AA Leeds area was ridiculously helpful and kind when my tyre unexpectedly burst driving whilst over an hour from home. He discussed all options clearly with me, and when observing my anxiety provided a further option to assist me which would have been an inconvenience to him (when he clearly did not have to). He was polite and kind throughout and refused to leave two females alone with the car until the tyre fitter arrived - despite evidently him being at the end of his shift some time ago. I could not recommend him enough and sincerely hope these reviews are monitored for him to receive some praise for his exemplary service and genuine kindness! What a credit to the company he is!
