Shipping costs on one item lets you down. If you can ship free on two light items, you can do the same for one. The customer will then become a repeat customer as opposed to a one off purchaser.

I spoke with Iqra today to order a nano SIM card to transfer to a new phone. She was extremely helpful, polite and professional. She was able to conclude the transaction very quickly and also answered another question I had. Overall, the customer service was extremely good. Professional and pleasant, a credit to her work. 10/10.
