Service was straight forward. Received a call on what would be needed and how much the total was, price wasn’t crazy high but more than the average garage.

Total fraud and scam company, i had booked service and mot with them, which they advertise for lower price, then they fail your mot for no reason and charge you lucrative amount and pass mot in minutes of getting money without fixing any issue
Collection little later but no problem being what needs diong very infornative.
The time to time update when the car was with them, gives me assurance that my car is safe with the car doctor. I spoke with Gary, and he assured me that my car will be in its best condition.
Excellent customer service I must say
Although it turned out my car needed additional work I'm glad I did it as made a big difference to the car
Plus points:car collected on time by reputable garage and returned promptly.
The service paid for appears to have been done satisfactorily.
I asked to be called re possible auto gearbox oil change in addition to the full service paid for. Had to chase them up for this. When I received a callback it was from a London number,a guy called Gary. He went into a hard sell mode stating the brake fluid was contaminated and must be changed possibly along with the brake pads. With the gearbox oil change it would probably be in excess of £500 and he could do a credit deal.He was quite insistent they must do my brakes. At this point I refused all extras and requested my car be returned. My car had recently been MOT’d and there is nothing wrong with the brakes.
Blatant attempt to rip me off in my opinion. Would not use them again.
This is no reflection on the garage used which is a well established business.
