0 stars. I ordered 2 dresses 2 weeks ago for an event that’s just been. They haven’t shipped yet. That’s not the complaint, although it is very slow. The complaint is extremely poor customer service. I have emailed them 3 or 4 times and sent a message via the website chat asking to cancel the order and get a refund and no response. I just googled asking whether this website is a scam and apparently there are no end of issues with people not getting their money back and needing to raise disputes through their bank instead. Looks like I will have to try that.

If the company see this, please just cancel my order and refund. 714719

Easy website and helpful person on phone. It’s a bit expensive but still competitive. Everything is expensive now.

I purchased the 10 day set of whitening strips and light. My teeth looked quite nice immediately after use but by the next day any whitening was gone and there has been no long-term improvement after finishing the 10-day course. Very expensive for no results. Perhaps I would need to do it for longer but obviously not going to spend any more money on it now. Disappointing.

I've only had one meal so far but it was super delicious. I'm not a vegan and it's so nice to be able to have a really tasty meal knowing it's so good for me and the environment - bravo!
