It is disgraceful what this company has done. It has been 3 weeks and my order is still sitting in purchased. Not processed or shipped. It’s been 11+ business days and nothing. In the 3 weeks I’ve contacted them 3 times!! And haven’t heard nothing. This company is fraud and I’ve logged a dispute with my bank. I will be reporting to the ACCC as there website is even more dodgy, based in Melbourne Aus yet have a unite stated addressed and the bets bit If you purchase a item apparently in the fine print you sign up to a membership of $34 a month so now everyone needs to change there bank details!!!

Ordered a leather wallet, arrived in two days, well-packed. Looks exactly like the photos, craftsmanship good.

I placed on order on 11 June, which was a dress to wear to my 50th Birthday party on 11 July. When the parcel hadn't arrived two weeks before the event I followed up and received a reply to say it was lost in transit and a replacement will be sent. The event has been and gone and now 6 weeks after placing my order I am still yet to receive it and my emails are no longer being responded to.

It’s now July - 3.5 months since my order and you guessed it, STILL NOTHING.
I am not getting no replies what so ever.
Biggest scam going.
I’m taking it further, but don’t waste your money, such a disappointing situation, I had high hopes, big let down.

I ordered my item a week ago now and have not had any update on the order being dispatched I’ve contacted customer service several times and the one time I’ve had a response they said it would take 2 business days to contact the warehouse I purchased the item with weeks notice for an event end of July and I still have no idea if I’ll receive the item

Very disappointed and ruined birthday as now it’s too late to purchase anything else

The way this piece drapes and holds its shape is pure art. The design is masterpiece

Seems to be a scam. Ordered a dress end of May that was a preorder due end of june. Everytime I check the product page the ETA date keeps moving. Have disputed with my bank now.

I placed an order on June 10th for a maxi dress. Received no notification until 29th June that the order was being dispatched. It’s now 21st July and it’s not been delivered. I’ve sent emails to Camilla the label with no response. The dress was to be for a very special occasion and is beautiful but I’m very concerned that I won’t receive it. I either need to know where it is and when it can be delivered or I need a full refund. There doesn’t seem to be a customer service team responding to messages.

Ordered a linen shirt, arrived in two days, well-packed. Fabric feels very comfortable, sizing accurate.

Have ordered a dress from this site on the 8th of July. It has not yet been shipped and I have contacted their email several times with no answer. I have paid £80 for this product and I have heard nothing. Terrible customer service.

I have emailed this company twice now and heard absolutely nothing and when I put in the order number to track my order it tells me that the order does not exist. I ordered a dress for about $150 to be delivered in Australia as they said that they had worldwide shipping. I ordered this 11th June and it’s still hasn’t arrived and I have no updates via the tracking or from the company from messaging them whether or not it is coming starting to think they’re a scam would not recommend this website to anyone

Ordered 2 dresses and they never shipped. I emailed the company twice with no response. After I figured out it was a scam, I searched up their Instagram and it popped up with a warning message saying the account may be unsafe as the account was created in May 2026 (I ordered in June 2026), and then a week later the account was then on private and had 0 posts. My bank thankfully refunded me as I disputed the transaction. The same thing happened to my friend! Total scam

ordered a dress took my money, no order number provided contacted them 2 times Via email and one time on their web site on the web site message error havent received my items or order number any type of notification and it's been 3 weeks.

Ordered a dress over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived, when the website says delivery will be 5-8 days from purchase. Have tried to follow up by email and have had no response. Not holding my breath that it will arrive at all now. Will never buy from them again

0 stars. I ordered 2 dresses 2 weeks ago for an event that’s just been. They haven’t shipped yet. That’s not the complaint, although it is very slow. The complaint is extremely poor customer service. I have emailed them 3 or 4 times and sent a message via the website chat asking to cancel the order and get a refund and no response. I just googled asking whether this website is a scam and apparently there are no end of issues with people not getting their money back and needing to raise disputes through their bank instead. Looks like I will have to try that.

If the company see this, please just cancel my order and refund. 714719

I ordered the Genevieve maxi dress about a month ago and haven’t received any updates, to my knowledge the package hasn’t even shipped yet. They don’t reply to emails and I need this dress as soon as possible.

Order 'lost' in transit with promise to send new delivery. 3 months in and 9 emails with their customer service which does not perform customer service. Scam unfortunately. do not order

Absolutely terrible. Constant emails saying sorry. Delays in production . Will ship next week etc. it’s been 3 months and still no departure date let alone arrival date. Also refused refunds so have initiated chargeback. Scam company. Do not use.
