Terrible customer service
Originally had some email exchanges with the company regarding a toothbrush that stopped working, a replacement was swiftly sent but that replacement also stopped working. Due to two toothbrushes from the company not working they offered a refund which I agreed to however they have not provided a refund and have stopped replying to emails requesting an update on this. Seems to me the customer service is all superficial to try and keep their reviews high.
UPDATE:
Updating review by a few stars as the company did eventually get in touch and sort the issue.

I like the toothbrush base but the…
I like the toothbrush base but the brushes only last a week or two ( they need to be made of stronger plastic) I understand they are expected to last at least three months and the brushes are expensive. I cannot afford to keep buy the brushes and if you do not improve them I will have to go back to my old electric toothbrush.

Unfortunately my first toothbrush stopped working after 6 months.
I got in touch with spotlight oral care & cannot fault the service I got & new toothbrush within a week. I dealt with Tina who was first class.

Very pleased so far
The water tank on my previous water flosser was impossible to keep clean by its design so I'm hoping the Spotlight UV flosser will overcome that issue. The tank is smooth inside so hopefully keeping it clean won't be a problem, along with the UV cleaning facility. Delivery was very quick and I bought it with a good discount. Happy so far with my purchase. However, the replacement heads are a bit pricey and come in a package with replacement heads that I won't use so this could be a potential drawback in the future.
