Suri encourages unnecessary e-waste
I bought my 1.0 toothbrush last year and was largely happy with it.
I wanted to travel recently and looked into buying the official case for my toothbrush. I go onto the Suri site and notice there's a new 2.0 toothbrush and case.
I email asking whether this is compatible with the 1.0 brush. I'm told it isn't, and the 1.0 case has been discontinued.
When I responded complaining about this, I was ghosted.
The only way for me to buy a case for my 1.0 toothbrush now is to buy the 2.0 brush, which would involve me throwing this one away and adding to landfill. Suri offers no upgrade path, recycling option or discount for loyal early adopters.
They claim to champion reusability and recycling but the fact they've delisted every 1.0-related product on the site means they want you to ditch your old products to buy the new ones. No amount of turning old brush heads into soap dishes hides this malicious, wasteful practice.
I will be considering Sonicare products when this brush reaches end of life.

SURI toothbrushes are the best
SURI toothbrushes are the best. However trying to deal with SURI online is a total disaster - communication is impossible with no real way of getting in touch if you have a problem. I would recommend buying a SURI from another dealer.

Very satisfied with the SURI 2.0 toothbrush. The charge lasts forever and the materials feel sturdy. I also really like that you can attach it to a magnetic mount on a mirror.

Amazing customer service!
My toothbrush suddenly stopped working/charging after having it for about 18 months. Suri replaced it. Not at all what I expected and I was quite happy to buy another as I love the toothbrush but I got a free of charge replacement. Very happy customer who wouldn't use any other electric toothbrush and especially now that I have experienced their incredible customer service.

Great toothbrush and service.
I have a subscription for new toothbrush heads, which I get reminders about, they are sent out on time and only take a couple of days to arrive. A small bag is sent with the replacement heads ready to send old ones back for recycling.
I love the toothbrush and having to charge it only once every 6 weeks is great. I like the carry case, which is also a plaque cleaner when switched on, it’s perfect for taking away and the USB charger is small, great for storing away when not in use.
