Ordered £36 worth of items 10 days ago and have not received anything at all.
Customer service is none existent and I just get told they usually dispatch items the next working day.... Which obviously isn't accurate
I have requested either a dispatch confirmation or a refund for my goods and have not received any reply.

I have a regular subscription for these deodorants. The fragrance is very pleasant. They work for hours. It’s a good way to stay fresh and protect the environment. 😊

great service

While it is still early days since receiving the Fussy products (a selection of the deodorants), I am finding my armpits dry and free from unpleasant odours, although the Fussy scent I don't find very strong. This in Spain during the month of July! I look forward to trying the other scents and perhaps in a next order trying some of the other products on offer. Well done! Team Fussy

love fussy from ltd edition to everyday scents trouble is i have so many i cant get them in my box i say that now until a new scent comes out and i have to try it highly recommend will never go back to normal deoderant .

Excellent product. The only product that both avoids me smelling at the end of day and doesn’t irritate my skin. Super chuffed. Loads of friends have followed suit and swear by it

Fantastic deodorant stick. I must admit I was worried about smelling of bo when I first started using this as it states that this might happen. But I had absolutely no smell at all, even in this recent heat wave!
I can’t be happier with this product. So easy to use. Smells amazing (I choose Jasmine). I’ve just got back off holiday and it’s so easy to pack as it’s small and I have to admit there’s not much room in my suitcase.

I saw Fussy being advertised before I saw it on Dragons Den and I thought ‘well let’s give it go’ I am so pleased I did.i have been using it now for just over two months, I use the shower gel and deodorant and couldn’t be happier. I think I stay fresher all day and the scent lasts. It is definitely worth the extra I pay for having a product I really love. I now have it on a regular order saving me having to remember to order before I need to.

I have only needed to contact customer service twice for different questions, but the excellent service is so welcomed in today's world of AI and recorded messages. Real people help you and they do it well!

I'm 57 and you've converted me from my life-long use of single-use, cucumber rollerballs. I absolutely LOVE your product - Fussy works! So many eco products don't. After giving this product / Co. a go I was initially a little disappointed at the weak scent on one of the refills . After contacting their customer support the communication and solution was of the highest standard. Very happy customer and would have no hesitation recommending them.

Professional and personable company to deal with .

I cancelled my subscription as the cartridges weren’t lasting long enough. I do think the scents are good though.

Just love fussy deodorant. The convenience of having the subscription means I never run out and having the reusable case means I am not having to use & recycle a ridiculous amount of plastic.
There's also the added bonus of changing scents depending on the seasons. Fussy works & is affordable.
